Special thanks to Josh who provided me multiple flights options from different airports to get the best option i was looking.

Best booking agency

Oojo was amazing, they supported me in all questions regarding the tickets. I booked two tickets with them. Oojo takes a lot of time to find the best possible option and also provides better prices than those you can find if you search online. Best booking agency I found. Highly recommend Oojo to anyone!

These people just robbing people selling their deals from india, i had 4 tickets with them for june 15th from Atlanta to Lahore, paid $4000 including insurance and when we got to the airport the person at the Qatar airlines counter told us our tickets got cancelled and they could find only ticket and three tickets they couldn't even find in their system. We called ooojo and they said oh airlines cancelled... if airlines cancelled you should have informed us, you should have called us, that's your duty... now regarding refund every time someone call he/she says oh ok i will send you details what we are going to refund and then nothing happens next day when we call they said oh ok someone will be in touch with you shortly and then long silence, they have no supervisor, no manager no system at all... someone from their team told me ok we can refund your tickets after deducting $100 per ticket for taxes. When i called qatar airways regarding their refund policy they answered we are not cutting any taxes even not a penny we are fully refunding people with cancelled flights, they clearly said me your oojo agents trying to make money out of your cancelled flight. Oojo charged us almost $500 under the amount of airfare difference when we changed our dates due to covid now qatar ailines clearly said they didn't charge any air fare to us as there was no travel fare difference. We are in great trouble right now as our house lease got over before going for travel right now we are living in a hotel, have no where to go, even missed our family wedding and just wandering in hotels here. We are USA citizens and called DOT regarding this matter and complained in BBB department, we are just waiting on them or oojo if they will resolve this complaint or makes it even more worst. I will update it later... just stay away from tgem guys please

Do yourself a favor, and avoid booking any flights with this Money Scheme company, who only wants to sell you the ticket and insurance, and after that, they don't even want to deal with you anymore, if you have any issues or concerns, you can not reach out to them neither through email nor through phone, nobody answers, and you leave a message, nobody gets back to you, the only way to reach someone is to call their sales number because remember they want to sell you the ticket, but when the agent finds out that you are an existing customer calling regarding the issue they will try to shrug you off by saying " Your agent was from India team, I will send your message them and will escalate to a supervisor, who will contact you," which they don't, or something like I will call you back in an hour, or simply hang up on you by using silent technique, etc... I had a horrible experience with them, my first reservation got canceled and i could not reach out to them to find out why, paid $4313, and they don't get back to you and don't try to accommodate you, I could barely get in touch with an agent who said we have to apply for a refund for the first ticket and booked another ticket for which I had to pay another $4,713 with a travel insurance and even tipped the agent. After this my ticket got canceled again and now it's been more than 3 weeks when I'm trying to find out why, first of all it is really hard to get in touch with them still, and they kept saying they contacted airlines, still waiting for the response, wait 24-72 hours, wait another day, wait two days, etc... So it has been a Nightmare of the experience. My flight was supposed to be on the 31st of May, I already paid more than $9000, and still, don't have a reservation and don't even know what they are going to do...
I called the airlines, they say "sorry, this ticket was not confirmed, you booked with an agency, go back to your agency,"...

I still can't get back my refund yet, I am trying to buy another ticket from somewhere else, and this people are unresponsive, It is a nightmare, for more than a month I am trying to book a ticket, paid more than $9000 and still don't have a ticket...

Most of this 5 star reviews here are fake, they have a special team who writes reviews for them, tries to make their online profile to look good, or their friends write them reviews, read all these 1 star ones, they are actual reviews, I was reading them, and they had exact same experience as me...
So, Please avoid this agency, buy a ticket directly from Airlines or from trusted websites, would be much easier and they would have at least better customer service...

FRAUD COMPANY!

We bought 15+ tickets from them and now they are canceled but Oojo is not refunding us! Don't buy from them! Report them to cyber crime! They are charging us for canceling when it's the airlines cancelling! In their terms it said if airlines cancel its full refund and now they are saying it's not! DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Bought 5 tickets by oojo from Boston to Islamabad.on way coming back on April 4th my wife and miss the flight due to COVID-19.
They did show up on turkish counter for cancelation and rescheduling.
Letter on We ware trying from Pakistan and us to contact the oojo to rescheduled the flight. But no unswer if you call from different phone and they don't recognize then pickup phone. When we tired contacting them. Finaly Bought another ticket from qatar airways and reached April 28th to us spind an other $1248.
