This is my second time my package never got delivered but on the website it said it's delivered. I can never reach customer service. I always tell the sellers not to use Ontrac but they don't listen to me so I've stopped buying from any seller who uses Ontrac. Sigh. Can we petition for the company to be closed down.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This company is the WORST. If you can avoid them do yourself a favor and dont use them. They are liars. They are flakes. They say something is delivered but in fact never has been. They wont provide proof. They just send one automated email after another. They just tell you to talk to the vendor. My leasing office has said they've seen their drivers just leave packages on top of lockers in a highly populated area. And their tracking info says "in locker" its laughable. STAY AWAY AND DONT USE THEM,

Total bull$#*!, how you can't even speak to a goddamn human being in America. Worst shipping agency ever wish places would stop using these people. Packages keep getting delayed non-stop for no reason. And God forbid you want to speak to a freaking human to figure out what's going on with your stuff and why it's being delayed. No, that's too much to ask for.

Ontrac is not recommended due to their employee delivery people stealing your package. The delivery people intimidate you by acting like they are going to attack you physically! Very scary! I would have never thought this would happen but it did happen to me! Use another carrier service - there are many other trustworthy delivery companies you can choose. But if somehow you get Ontrac - BEWARE!

Wrong delivery
August 15, 2022

Have packages start showing up at our business. The driver just drops and leaves. They are delivered to the wrong address I have called several times on this matter. The rep. On the phone insist they will get a driver to pick them up. I waited 4 days on one package. Driver never showed. We now have 5 packages and it's been about 15 days. Driver never showed. Good thing the actual delivery address isn't very far from us. I'll take them over again like I did the first package. I will try to strongly urge this business to find a different delivery service

Tracked packages and it said delivered to customer but camera showed no attempted delivery at the time. Asked if customer service can reach out to driver to confirm and they said they can't do that. How are they even managing bad actors/drivers that lies about delivering then? Don't know why companies use this service

Non delivery
June 16, 2020

Would give negative 5 starts. Ontrac is consistently failing. They are very lazy and untrustworthy. If the package makes it to the delivery they throw it out of the window. Where it lands it land. My neighbor has found my package in his driveway. Yes. Right under his truck. Latest was not delivered but says it was. This also isn't the first time they claimed to deliver. Trust me I checked everything and with neighbors. They have a history of not even delivering and stating they delivered. Untrustworthy. I would provide a photo of my latest claimed delivery, but nothing was delivered!

My package has been delayed 4 times straight and was almost delivered to the wrong address which was why my package was delayed one of 4 times. If a seller uses on track shipping dont buy whatever they're selling. Just stick to FedEx or UPS.

Ontrac stole my 2 packages worth $70
September 15, 2023

Says delivered and it happened twice during the same evening. No trace of package as anywhere and no neighbors got it. No sign of car or any truck stopping at neighbors. This is a crooked company run by thieves!

Delivered to wrong place.

4 orders all delivered to wrong address twice. The driver left a photo of the door where he dropped my packages. It was at a business, not a house. I used their chat feature, they opened an investigation and nothing came of it. I gave them specific instructions to find my place and a telephone number to call if driver was still having issues. Temu resent all of my orders and again didn't receive. Located the business they left them at and of course they said they never got them. So that's a total of 8 packages they messed up on. Worst company ever. Toddlers listen better than they do. Place left and then my door. First one is their driver's picture of the door they delivered to.

Comical at this point
January 6, 2022

After going into 3 days of my shipment status being "Shipment Delayed" I called Ontrac to ask what's going on? I was told what I can see for myself. The shipment is delayed. Yeah no shiit! So I was then told if I am not far from Ontario (where it might be) to go to that shipment place to find it/pick it up! I replied to the representative person "Absolutely NOT" I don't care if I was a minute away from Ontario! I am no driving to pick up something I paid to have delivered and am now been waiting for several days past the delivery date! I then had to call Walmart and ask for a refund asap! I don't understand how Ontrac stays in business. They are known to have horrendous service! Why is this place still running?! By the way as I type this review my package is now going into day 6 of being DELAYED!

They are the WORST delivery service company, absolute worst. They have left packages propped against the garage door completely visible to the street, and also at the edge of the porch without even coming onto the porch or ringing the doorbell. No way of knowing the packages have been delivered and package theft is at an all time high everywhere. They do not care about Customer Service at all. I am 78 (almost 79) on a walker, no car, don't drive, so I have to use Online Shopping and I hate that Walmart uses this delivery service. They don't respond to emails and they do not answer their phone.

I hate ontrac so much. Every time I see a company ship with them, I want to cancel my order. Would have been better off doing so because I have never had a good experience with them and end up having to reach out and go through the process of a lost package. I can't say one good thing they truly are the worst, they should not be a delivery service they are absolutely worthless garbage.

Im recently buy some items from Ulta beauty and they use on track as a delivery company, my package never arrives. Ulta use ups or usps usually to send his packages, I never got a Missing package before, I have cameras around my house and I never see any on track vehicle arrives. This just make me thing all those rumors about workers still packages are true.

Ontrac is a scam
October 27, 2022

My package was signed as delivered but I never got it. I contacted their firm and they said they would send a driver to check it out. They did not call back ever. I tried to contact them multiple times over 4 weeks. They did not reply. Finally after forcing the seller to contact them, their "resolution" is that it had been too long so I had to resolve it with the seller? Their drivers are signing packages without ever delivering them how is Best Buy using this service?

Why do stores and big businesses send through them? This is the worst delivery service in the country
My ordered was 2 day expedited! Today is day 5 and still nothing!
They don't even have access or knowledge to where my package is!
Customer service is horrible!

Filled a complain with Nordstrom. Hopefully they stop using this delivery company

Home Depot insists on using these clowns. 100% of all packages sent by OnTrac never arrive and can never be found. It is insane how bad they are. Our payroll service also used these clowns and lost our first two payrolls before we insisted that they use UPS. It is hard to imagine how their service could be worse.

Worst service ever

They never pick up on time if you are lucky your package will be picked up in a week if ever.
No phone number to talk to a real person and their text messaging is even worse.
Do not use them it is a waste of time.

Worst service ever
December 10, 2019

Eagle Creek sent out my shipment overnight and that was 8 days ago. It was only a 5 hour drive to the facility it shipped from and weather was not an issue. Still no reason from the shipping company. I sat in their hold for an hour to talk to a person to hear it would arrive the next business day. We are two days past that now. I would NEVER deal with another company that shipped with them. Awful service from OnTrac and it isn't on time.

I placed my order at the beginning of July it in now July 21 2023 and I just received it they said it wouldn't take longer than 2 weeks but it's been 3. The guy that delivered my package threw it to my front door like a football. I had candles in my package and the pack came damaged. This is by far the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I have the video of it being delivered but it won't let me add it to the page.
