Scary Scary website - this site gets zero stars. I agree this website does bait and switch and trys to get U to buy numerous upgrades (batteries, memory,. Etc) you don't need... all in an effort to gain profit margin. A very bad bad website. Its scary... especially after you provide credit card information. Stay away from this website. These people are scam artists... less than one star for this site.

DO NOT BUT FROM THAT SITE! - After trying to make a porches with that site they'll ask you to call and confirm the order and than they'll start putting more charges on your order. There prices aren't finale and the customer care is very poor. When you'll try to cancel your order they'll try to charge your card anyway.
I'd recommend that if you what an electric product you should buy it directly for the manufacturer official web site.

Bait and Switch Shopping of the worst kind - Don't try to buy from this website. The prices look low but as soon as you purchase anything they send you an email asking you to call them about the order. As soon as you call they tell you the products you ordered are not availablebut you can "upgrade" to a newer product at a much higher price. Double the price in my case. I told them I wanted the products that I ordered on their website for the listed price. The guy flat out said no and cancelled my order.

Do not buy from this store, worst customer service! - I purchased a AVIC-F700 navigation b/c they had the lowest price, but I should have known that it was to good to be true. Like most reviews indicate, the store sent me a confirmation e-mail followed by a e-mail stateing I needed to call to confirm my order. Once I called Dave Weston, he answered "what do you need", I told him that i was confirming my order and he asked what type of warranty i wanted. He said tha that the product came with no warranty and that's and a 1 year would be $50 and 2 year $100. I asked him a few questions and he stated bluntly, "look, it's not a million dollars, don't waste my time, do you want it or not", to which I replied "no, I'd like a refund, can I speak to your manager". Apparently he is the manager. I gave him a quick review of his lack of customer service skills, and then he hung up on me. It was a great expereice and I hope that you don'd go through it. Now i have to cross my fingers and hope they don't try to charge my card.

Scammers, Shady Internet Website, using Bait and Switch Fraud - Recently, in December 2008, shortly before ordering a Kodak EasyShare V1073 Camera from OntimeDigital.com, I called the *******115 number to make sure it was in stock. I thought it was a great deal to buy the camera for $120. They told me that they had five, so I placed the order on line. Immediately I got an e-mail advising me that once my order was processed, it would be shipped via UPS and a tracking number would be automatically provided. Needless to say, I didn't get the tracking number, and when I called them, I was strongly recommended that I upgrade from the "wholesale" version of the camera to the "retail" version. The employee, who by the way was rude and lacked any basic customer service skills, told me that the camera that I had ordered just came with a 15 minute non-rechargeable disposable battery (what?, am I in Russia?... I have never heard of this before!), and that it didn't come with a manual; but that for approximately $120 extra (discounted to $90 after negotiations) I could get a charger, a regular battery, some sort of extended warranty, and a manual. After arguing with this "senseless" human being, I cancelled the order. According to this guy this is how business works in the internet world. You ask for one thing but you get another one. Absolutely Not True. Well, maybe in Russia. The guy got mad when I cancelled that he hung up on me (I thought it was funny). After that fiasco, I thought that I was out of danger... until today, when, to my dismay, 2-1/2 weeks later they shipped the order and charge my credit card $210. Immediately I called the scammers to denounce them, in the 45 minutes that I was on hold, they transferred my call 3 times (and I'll bet you they were sitting next to each other in the same room), and I had to start explaining the whole dilemma all over again. The guy offered me a $25 discount (credited back to my account) if I kept the camera but I refused. I told him that I just wanted to return the item and get my money back. He issued the RMA, but when I asked how to mail the item back he said that I had to pay for the shipping myself. I explained that it wasn't my mistake and so I refused. I told him that I was going to report the incident to the credit card company, and he then threatened me back by saying that I didn't have a cancellation authorization number. What? He told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. I wasn't amused by his poor customer service skills and rudeness. It was all too common at what I have read about OntimeDigital.com on the internet. Don't be fooled by their low prices.
Check out other complaints and negative feedback for OntimeDigital.com in these other sites: complaintsboard.com, forums.cnet.com, and photo.net.
Next time I will go to Beachcamera.com, who has better quality service. Too bad they didn't have the camera there.
