Instead of refunding my money, saying we don't carry that hair anymore, this company decided to send me the wrong product. They charge for exchanges and I think this is a common practice, why else would they charge for exchanges, additional shipping when their at fault. I ordered a shoulder length wig.

I found this site on a YouTube video. I clicked on the link below the vid, and that was the biggest mistake. I thought I saw that my item would take up to 3-7 business days, found out later it was actually 3-20 days. I thought at least the wig would be a human blend, and yet again I was wrong. After all that, to top it off the color was wrong. I ordered a brown with honey highlights, and I received 613. I'm trying to get my money back, and I will pray for God to help me with this.

I ordered 6 wigs of of the only wigs website and got 6 nightmare on elm street wigs. Horrible nothing like what is advertised on the website. I emailed them to get my money back I received a message error saying that the email is no longer valid. Please do not order from this damn company. They are scammers.

I stupidly purchased three wigs from this website. The advertisements claim that the wigs are lace-front and I received three Party City costume wigs. There was no lace and one of the wigs wasn't even the right color or texture. I ordered a dark brown, curly wig and got a copper straight wig. I emailed them at *******@aabbyehair asking to return the items and 24 hours later got a notice stating the email didn't go through. Really?

The wigs I received were nothing like what is advertised on their website. The wigs I received look nothing what I ordered. As you can see from pictures and the pictures on my proof of purchase are nothing like what I ordered. I am very disappointed. I am attempting to return and get a refund but I have a feeling I'll never hear back from them. They will remove all the negative comments from Facebook so that people won't see how much of a ripoff they are!

These wigs are not what was ordered if you look neither orders are braided wigs, this company is a hoax, I requested my full amount from this company, it is not fair that I am refund only $2 of my original request for $57.75 as I requested.

Do not buy! They are complete and total TRASH! They look like cheap babydoll wigs. SCAMMERS! I bought 6 wigs and then an additional one because of the length; from OnlyWig!, and now I'm hearing they are the same company. I wanted my money back and they do even give a partial refund. Do not order from them! Not worth it. I tried getting in contact with them they're numbers are fake.

WARNING ALERT! This company is fraud. Wigs are not the same as on website. The hair is far from human it's more like baby doll hair. I ordered 360 lace front wig & there's no lace on the wig also no comb to hold wig in place. UNBELIEVABLE, how this company is in business. Read fine print on returns, you must pay shipping to return YES you even though it's there mistake or they're take 10% off which adds up to pennies. So NOT WORTH IT oh did I mention it's shipped from CHINA you heard right... CHINA. It's covid in this world & it's here for some time. I learned a lesson not reading reviews like I normally do. Saying says you get what you pay for cheap price for cheap product.

I don't know why this website is still up! It should be brought down, I bought wig since December 2020, this is February 2021, I haven't seen my wig and no refund, whenever I send them an email, they keep forwarding the same message to me. They are thieves.

If I knew how to get to you all I would come and beat somebody's a$$... I order 3 wigs from this site and the wigs I received look NOTHING like the ones I ordered. The wigs I received look like Annie wigs... And they are NOT lace front... I can't believe y'all out here scamming ppl and getting away with it. I hope y'all mess with the wrong ppl and they make it your last day on earth. I hope the YouTuber I got the website info is aware that y'all are doing this to ppl. Or are they in on it too? That email address at the bottom of the website under contact DOES NOT WORK.

I saw this ad for wigs on Facebook. I should have known that it was to good to be true. I didn't think about reviews until I had already pressed pay. I purchased the 3 for the price of 1. I didn't realize that it was coming from China, because of the delivery time. I contacted them for a refund after about 20 days. I was told to be patient. I sent another email asking again for a refund. They in turn sent me a tracking of the package. I since paid for another wig from a different site and paid the price that I didn't want to pay at first. I was trying to find a bargain. I should have just did this from the beginning. The more expensive wig arrived in 5 days. The wigs from these scammers has yet to arrive. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID, just pay the higher cost and make sure your wig is human hair and it gets to you in a timely manner.

Do not order from this website. The product they send looks absolutely nothing like the photos the lace is a thick plastic that looks far from what lace is supposed to be. I ordered 3 wigs for My birthday back in December and when I got the product I was very disappointed. There was no curl pattern which they blamed on bumping during transport. The wigs came in a plastic bag not in a structured box it just was cheaply done. Save your money and order from a different website. Their customer service is spotty. I should have known it was no good when if you want your money back you have to cover the shipping charge when in fact the product they send to you is not at all what the description says. Save your time and money and buy elsewhere. This company is absolutely no good. If I could give no stars I would.

I was desperate to get some cheap cute wigs for my bday and i came across this site and the reviews made it look so real! And me not doing anymore research on it just went on and purchased a couple wigs which some i got for free. They always have a sale which is weird and they will never give you the wigs they advertise! They give you some cheap babydoll string hair it's horrifying please save your money. Buy a wig from amazon or something just not from here

The picture of the wig on this site are not the same wigs that they ship the wig that I ordered was a lace front 360 what I received was a wig with a plastic cap very poor quality and impossible to mistake for a lace front 360 the picture below is what I ordered I received a wig with no curls no lace and plastic in the crown no way to fix it do not wait your money nothing I ordered was lace front all of the wigs has the plastic crown no lace on any of the lace fronts

I ordered two wigs from this company. It took a month for the wigs to arrive and when I got them they were incorrect and poor quality. They look like they were made from plastic. Do not believe the reviews on the site. These wigs are garbage.

My first time buying a wig and I seen this site so I ordered I should have known when my bank called me to verify I was makin an overseas purchase then I sent them an email at the address listed on their website and it came back UNDELIVERED... hmmm now I'm wondering if I will even get my purchase and wth it's going to look like when I do smdh
