Breaks are waste of time, questions about verification should fit the person doing the test, shutting down my test because the questions are not accurate
Was really really really reeally really really really really really really really really really really good. I mean really really really good.
Some of the audio for text and videos did not play. Customer service did help. Extra fees were not expected
So expensive purchases just to send information by email from diver course conclusion and also driving records.
Classes online are ok.
I hate being nickeled and pennyied to death to purchase services which should have been included in the price of purchase or a package made and ask just once- show everything available, and then allow the person to click on items they want with purchase price is clearly delineated, and combo packs available for decreased amounts
This meets requirements but they push for you to pay extra money for everything. Then at the end they messed up my shipping address. I called to verify to make sure it was right and they kept trying to guilt trip me into rush shipping. I finally obliged.
I am just now starting this course. Everything is well those far. I hope to learn a lot from this course and make better decisions when it comes to driving. I need to remember to be safe and take caution at all times.
The course itself was fine no issues. Easy to navigate, easy to understand, frequent breaks, in the comfort of my own house!
I think I may have been billed twice to have my certificate and drivers record expedited and I'm not sure who to contact in regards to this matter.
Take the time to do the course and you will be surprised at the information contained within. Sometimes we take a lot for granted especially on the road but after taking this course it has made me more aware of the privileges given to me to be a part of the driving community but one condition and that is to implement the rules of the road and driving safely. I do not need to be in a hurry just enjoy the drive and get there, Thanks to all the men and women safety officers on the road that make sure we get there in one piece.
I am only giving 4 stars due to the time issue. The course was okay except for the time on the different sections. Some sections gave you plenty of time and you will have to do other stuff while waiting for the timer to time out. Timer has to zero out on each section/chapter before you can continue. The problem is in other sections that are large with a lot of information not enough time is given. Even if the information is not complex you still need time to process it if there is a lot of information in the chapter. There is a 4 question quiz at the end of each chapter and you need to get 3 out of 4 right to pass the section so please give people time to know the info. If they passed the quiz with plenty of time on the clock just let them go to the next section instead of having to wait out the timer
Time consuming but informative. If you get the ticket be prepared to do the time... so to speak.
Not as tedious as I assumed when I saw the timeline. Could do without all the sales pitches interspersed though
Shame you have to pay for the extras when you are already paying for the course, and the paperwork, and the notary, and the fine. It's a shame you cant just test out and have to wait for each page. I understand why but if I can answer the questions correctly either way then it shouldn't matter
Chapters were long, but the short video quiz kept it moving. Very good course to take. Straight and to the point. Makes one think about all that could happen
It's not something we use everyday it should be plain and simple not tell you one fee then ever so often try to sell you something else over all it gets the job done
Simply and to the point. Had no problems and actually enjoyed this online course and learned some new things! I recieved my certificate back quickly too.
This online course is completely user friendly! Support Personnel are friendly but highly professional. The course itself is an eye opener! I'm only half way through it and my attitude is changing.
Don't leave your seat for a minute or you will miss a quick question, hit the pause button anytime you need a break, still waiting for my certificate and driving record, its been a week
