I purchased tickets for Phil Collins in Tampa on 9/26, what i received was a row in a section that did not exist. When I called their customer service, they were indignant and ignorant and I certainly hope they recorded my call because it was full of expletives! Stay as far away as possible! Thankfully, my credit card company has rejected the charge. The state of Texas need to shut down these assclowns permantly!

My phone was stolen and someone used my paypal account on my phone and purchased 1,600 dollars in tickets. I called them and they won't refund me my money, because they said the work for the people selling the tickets. They refer me to a number where you can't get anyone on the phone just automated person and the automation says no refunds. This site is a COMPLETE scam. Please please don't order from them. They need to be $#*! down!

My husband purchased tickets to an event which were $100 per ticket ($200). This company charged us $535.27 for the two tickets! When they sent the "tickets" I called the 888 number at the bottom and found out that these were NOT OUR TICKETS but had been purchased by someone else. We would have gotten to the show and had no seats. Not only does this company charge unbelievable up charges but evidently they send you tickets which have been purchased by someone else. PLEASE do not use this company. We have reported them to our CC company's fraud department and hopefully they not be duping others in the future. Thankfully we are not out the $535.27! Thanks Citibank!
I was charge 30% fees that weren't displayed on my IPAD. The company's customer service representative after making me wait on hold for 20 minutes refused to issue a refund.
They ripe you off with fees they don't tell u about! Don't helpm u at all once they have your $$$ They don't talk to u any more. For got to tell me that the tickets i purchase for Disney on ice where only $40.00 They charge me $69.00 +fee each ticket 3=277.07 how do they figure that out. SO WRONG U PEOPLE ARE
These scumbags do not let you know the fees until after the sale. I paid more in fees than for one of the two tickets. The same tickets from the other sites are better and more affordable. Then try to get someone to speak with you about the charges. You go in and endless circle. Do not use them!
They advertised a relatively low ticket price and then charged me a "convenience" fee of $38.00 per ticket. I am sure there is small print somewhere that says this will happen but it is clearly hidden until they have taken the money from you. Why are they allowed to do this? Are there no laws to prevent this?
I am submitting a complaint to the Attorney General of my state. Hope it helps.
I paid $299.27 for 2 tickets that were worth $50 apiece. They never sent the tickets. When I went to the ticket office@ Popejoy Hall, they said they had no information re my tickets.
You get put on hold forever when you call. They don't have any customer services options for you, and lastly you really don't know who you are purchasing tickets from or if they are legitimate tickets. I wasted over $400.00 on tickets that aren't usable.
They should not be allowed to do business. You don't realize the mark up of tickets until it is too late and they do not allow you to cancel. They add on numerous fees so that by the time you are checked out your head is spinning. Bottom line, they charged me over $100 for 2 tickets that have a face value of $14.50. Tickets were purchased by someone named Issac Sternberg who purchased these tickets in July 2015, months before they went on sale. How does that happen? Their greeting when you call to complain is defensive and firm that "tough cookie". You cannot cancel your order. I don't believe it is legal - they should be put out of business. Now that I'm looking on line I see many, many complaints. My loss for not looking before hand. I am trying to get it off my credit card.
It was easy to understand and purchase, this is the second time I purchased tickets online and it was a pleasant experience Than You.
