Called Customer service Monday morning (4/26/21) to get a few questions answered, no wait, and now that I have the product I can see they gave me good info. Purchased 12 feet of heavy vinyl, ordered 10am Monday, received shipped notice on Thursday and received on Friday before noon (standard shipping, I am on the East Coast so shipping distance not too far). The item is exactly what I expected! Not sure why some have had a bad experience, so sorry to read that, but I am completely satisfied and will remember this store for future needs.

Ordered fabric and 8 weeks later still no fabric. Just an email every 2 weeks that the fabric is out of stock. If you have a deadline on a project don't shop here. The online store doesn't have live stock updates. So it's very likely you'll buy something out of stock. Thanks to them I lost a contract and when called to tell them what happened and that I'd like to cancel the order they didn't even apologize or try to fix it somehow.

My order was probably worth less than most other purchases made on the site, but eventually everything arrived exactly as promised, in one box, and in decent time considering the current circumstances and warnings from the site that delays were likely. The only thing is that after about four or five weeks there was still no shipping confirmation, and I started to get worried. However, when I emailed customer service that I would like to cancel my order they did respond within one business day and sent me my tracking number so I could start following the progress of my package. I have experienced similar shipping delays with art supplies and craft stores online. I feel like the current pandemic is hitting these kinds of stores extra hard and online sales might be way different for them in comparison to fashion stores and thrifting sites.

First time customer... Ordered my lining fabric and a few other supplies only 4 days ago, and delivered today! My order was complete, the prices are very good (comparable to my "wholesale pricing" on the same liner fabric, as I paid years ago.), and delivery fast! My one and only reason for 4star, rather than 5star... The Tracking was not available, which made me a little nervous thinking it might be a scam... Would love to receive a notice of shipment! Otherwise... 'Definitely my new vendor of choice! I will use again, no doubt! :)

Tip for consumers:
Don't panic if you do not get a notice of shipping...they are legit!

Good deal, nice fur material. The shipping notice was wrong however, it said that there was a partial shipment coming, but it was all there.

I ordered a group of 10 samples to be shipped overnight to me. The manufacturer mistakenly sent it out via regular mail instead. But Charlene, who took my order, emailed me *and* called me the next day to explain what had happened and to update me on the situation. A couple of extra days' wait for the samples, while not my preference, wouldn't be the end of the world.

The second day after I had placed the order, Charlene refunded the extra charge I had paid for faster shipping; and she arranged for a second set of samples to be overnighted to me at *no charge*. They arrived the following morning. That afternoon, the original set arrived in the mail; Charlene said I could keep them. Too many samples: not a bad problem to be stuck with. And she apologized again for the problem, which hadn't been her fault to begin with -- and which she had quickly corrected for. What more could one ask?

One small counterweight to all the outrage and indignation filling the rest of these pages.

It was very easy to find fabric I was looking for to complete a project, price was great - about half off of the original cost of it in store, however, I would warn anyone that although the fabric has the same pattern as the original, it is inferior to the quality of the original waverly fabric I had. If I were to mix the two in the same piece, they would not work. The waverly writing on the side of the roll is all mushy and unclear, my guess is that this is a designer "knock-off" on similar, but less quality cotton. The feel is very similar, but not as heavy as the original fabric, too. So keep this in mind if you order from here, colors are not as deep, are not a bad copy, but copy they really are.
