I just bought upholstery material from them and couldn't be more satisfied. They have a huge selection of materials and notions at decent prices. They often have sales and that is when I like to shop there. I love the fast delivery also.
Have two orders from APRIL 2020 that have not been fulfilled. I sent an email in the middle of May and received a reply from Jennifer that my orders were on backorder. Further email inquiries have not been answered. I understand the pandemic has caused a slowdown in commerce but any communication would be nice. I've tried to cancel my orders to no avail. Can't reach anyone. Stay away.

Two months ago I made an order and they never sent it, I never had a tracking number, I tried to contact them, they have never answered. When this happened, I have searched by many means for information about this company and all the reviews are the same as mine. Bad costumer service!
I always thought I had been scammed.
Purchased an item. Returned as it was a poor fit. I was notified weeks later that I would not get a refund as there was makeup on the item. I returned item with no stain having never been worn. Will never purchase from them again.
Eight days after I ordered, I checked my order on the website. It said tracking unavailable. When I called, she first told me it was backordered, then that it had shipped (with no UPS tracking). I don't know what happened to my order, since she wasn't truthful.
The sale is pending on my credit card and they won't be honest enough to give me the status of the order.
Where do I start. Dishonest? Liars? Deceitful? Thieves? I can't say enough bad about this company. We ordered a large amount of burlap coffee bags from them, paid them a bunch of money to ship them to us (over $700.00). When they arrived there were sisal bags, NOT burlap as stated on their website. Okay not to worry they'll make the correction right? No, they changed their website from burlap to sisal the next day then wouldn't correct the mis-shipment. Now almost 9 months later after trying to resolve the problem with them and the cc company they say that we got what we ordered. I'd like to take them to small claims, but I don't have paperwork to document the purchase since it was done verbally with CC. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING RIPPED OFF! I've discovered I'm not the only one they have CHEATED!
