People were very helpful and called to see If I needed help with the questions on the forms. They called to see if had any questions.

It was easy to use and easy to figure out. Was nice to not have to figure out everything on my own while trying to fill in all the blanks.

Had all the forms needed to file. Also, had the forms to settle the property split. Gave step by step instructions to file for divorce.

If the divorce is uncontested, then online divorce is the simplest and cheapest way to obtain a divorce

Upgrade was sneaking. Also, have not heard anything from you people since this email. It is now Dec 20. Very unsatisfied for the amount we paid.

Well not very good communication, on the rep to let me know ALL the fees but it is done and over and hopefully will get this behind me.

Couldn't use documents in Sumner County and can't use documents if own property; even if agreed upon.

Since I started the service last year March I feel like I was scammed that the person who assisted me was just trying to get a quota for the day every step throughout this process I have had to call and follow up with why my documents were not sent to my spouse it was a delay in everything even when I was able to speak to someone helpful they told me about a refund I was not able to get the refund due to that it was out of the scope of time but none of my services were up to par I even paid for the extra Platinum service and did not receive any platinum service I have called multiple times my case has multiple notes I feel as if it has been ignored I asked for a call back from a supervisor and I did not receive the call back just because I had to follow up as many times and I paid for a platinum service. I reordered papers to be delivered to my spouse on March the 11th it is now March 28th the documents has still not been sent nothing has still been done I really wish they would not take advantage of people who are in a bad situation and want to get out of the situation and not be clear that if the other person is not going to sign the papers that this is not the service for you and not just guarantee me a platinum service that's not Platinum I spent almost $500 on an advertised of $199 of nothing

Happy to use a system that was easy to maneuver. Divorce is hard - the walkthrough was easier than filing taxes.

There was problems filing out the forms. I could select the country where my wife resides, but when I tried to select her state it only allowed you to choose states inside the USA even though I had already selected her country. I contacted customer support through the online chat. They said I had to call and ask a representative to fix it. I did. It was annoying because it took a while to make them understand the problem. The rep kept talking over me like he knew what I was referring to when it was obvious he didn't. Eventually he said he understood and said he fixed it. It was never fixed. The documents still show my ex wife as living in Alabama Philippines.

I upgraded to platinum membership because I didn't have time to submit all of the documents myself. My situation isn't identical to everyone else. I explained my situation to the representative over the phone BEFORE paying for platinum. He checked with a superior and said it would be no problem. I paid. I submitted all information requested of me. A few hours later I got an email with instructions on what to do next. Unfortunately the instructions had nothing to do with my situation, which I had already explained to them. I called 4 days in a row but the recording said they had very high call volumes and i could request a call back. I requested a call back but never got one. I tried the online chat too but no one replied. I just needed to know what to do with MY situation. They just sent generic cookie cutter instructions that apply to a perfectly standard divorce. It didn't apply to my situation and I couldn't contact anyone for help.

The platinum service was absolutely wortless to me. As soon as I paid the $299 I could no longer get on touch with anyone. Before I paid it THEY CALLED ME.

Maybe this works if you have a perfectly standard divorce. But I wouldn't recommend it. You can find local attorneys that will do the same thing for around the same price and you can actually get in touch with them.
