You lie and steal, why can I not make any changes or cancellations? Your bot system goes on an endless loop to avoid addressing the issue and your "travel experts" can't even manage to do even one thing aside delay further. This whole experience has left me feeling like this company is a total scam. I'm having my bank cancel your charge and issue a fraud claim.
Im left frustrated with to many flight change, which I have NEVER had with any other travel site and my frustration/anger/anxiety for clarity and help with the situation is compounded with not having access to a toll free number to get my questions answered. You have to understand and make accommodations for your elderly customers who are not internet savvy.
Don't be soo quick to buy from them. It is so deceiving. We thought we had a good but it end up paying an additional $600 at the two airports.

I was ripped out o òver $100. For seat assignments, baggage, and other services and fees. WHY. I.am going to Spirit Airliess to get it back. I will never do business with this airline Company again and will tell my friends how you rip off customers.
Most airlines are now charging for baggage and for the option of pre-assigning your seats instead of waiting until check in.
I usually have a very difficult time to book flights on Frontier Airlines. This was easier but do not know why. So hope next time will be easy too.

When I phone one-travel they ask me to contact the airline and and when I contact the airline I have been tossed between Air-India and Ethiopian Airlines as this a code sharing flight.
Kindly assist in resolving these issues.

I am requesting a boarding pass, you are charging me and have advertising that confuses and does not have the boarding pass anywhere. It is trying to force me to pick a seat, charge me and it has a disclaimer that even when or if I get a boarding pass and it charges me, it could fail in which case i would need to request a refund. I am requesting my ability to automate my boarding pass only.

I have had a number of problems with my booking. Not all problems could be fixed and was told to call or chat with the airline the tickets were for. There was an eight hour delay for flight and could not use the booking I had for the rental car. I chose the seat I wanted but ended up with a seat in standard and not stretch as I had chosen.
They had the best price on non stop flight and great price for car rental.
The experience was a frustrating one as your agent confirmed that the card payment was approved and that the E-ticket will be issued within one hour, however, no E-ticket was received 24 hours later. I tried your online chat which failed to resolve the matter and disrespectfully ended the chat without the matter still unresolved while asking how they can assist otherwise. I was forced to make an overseas call which I believe was not toll free, to have the matter finally resolved.
It came up from an online search for the best prices.

The price changed between the original and the final. I tried booking several times and had the same experience. I would like to get a price difference back. The price when selecting a flight is still $161, but it changed to $175 twice after I put my credit card information in. The agent was totally useless, and quoted me even higher price, stating that the price difference was due to the service fees. I don't believe that was the case.
The OneTravel price shown on Tripadvisor was very good.

I have used this site for years and when I first started, I thought I had found a real gem! No hidden fees and very straight forward. NOW... One Travel has slowly and thoroughly become a place full of cheezy ads and rip off extra add ons that endlessly waste your time, just like one of those apps with one pop up ad after another! Really ruined something that used to be a great travel website! Please get rid of all that garbage and stick to the honest straight forward stuff that made you popular in the first place! Thank you

Kept showing me there were tickets at the price I wanted (multiple options) and times I preferred and when I tried to book it told me they didn't exist any more. Over the last 48 hours it has given me such the run around. I had to spend $100 more on my tickets b.c it kept telling me the tickets weren't available (even when I filled all the payment stuff out before 5 minutes went by. Every time. In the last 48 hours.
It showed me the best price and flights but once I got into it they changed stuff and I was just stuck b.c it’s getting closer to my date and I needed to lock in the flight.
The TV wasn't working in spite of repeated request. There was no welcome drink or even a glass of drinking water provided, remember that passengers were directed to report 3 hours prior to takeoff! Food quality served was below standard. Overall the experience was bitter to remember.
