Rate- 000 Fraudulent

This site and the people you speak to are all Frauds. I booked a flight and when I checked my bank account it was never booked but yet somehow I was charged a few hours later for 3 different flights (from a different state) I called one travel and the info they claim to have didn't match my bank statements. Something is not right. The website is a scam. Not to mention the grammar on the site is terrible. Also, it shows that they are located in Las Vegas but when I spoke to customer service they said they are "only located in India and no where else in the world". Why is that? Doesn't sound right to me. They can scamming people.

I made a booking online. Changed my mind as the layover was for over 18 hours. Literally called them up after 5 minutes, they said they are going to charge me $75 in US dollars for a reschedule! Never using them again! F**K YOU ONE TRAVEL!

Quit trying to sell me stuff, I just needed a flight! Was on Expedia and somehow without my knowledge was with one travel? Now it's making me pay for a seat - extra charge

Thank you for your feedback. Many airlines are now charging for the opportunity to pre-assign your seats that are not included in the price of the airline ticket. This is an airline policy that as an agency have no voice in. We regret any inconvenience or frustration.

Had a miss hap happen with the dates and wanted to change once realized. But to rebook was 400 more. Way out of my price range. So they charged me more money promised me my refund with air canada has already given them. I still have not recieved my money and the staff spoke absolutely rude to me. Now i am out over a thousand dollars and nothing from them.

I haven't left yet, but while trying to online check in and print my boarding pass for tomorrow's flight to Atlanta I eventually discovered that I am not flying West Jet as expected, instead I am flying Delta, which won't let me check in online, because of the West Jet booking. This means another 30 minutes standing in line at Pearson. There has been no mention of this in any of the communication from One Travel. It wasn't even a real bargain. Never again, from now on I will deal only with West Jet directly

This is the worst online travel booking experience I have ever had - Poor customer service, lack of communication, unable to receive refund.
On Sep. 9 I purchased an online ticket from Lisbon Portugal to Venice Italy only to be stuck in Paris due to a 3 hr delay departure from Lisbon by Iberia operated by Vueling. I missed the connection from Paris to Venice. I was not able to receive any support in Paris from Vueling and ended up having to buy a new ticket with EasyJet in order to go to Venice. Once I got home I contacted OneTravel and Vueling numerous times and still have not received my refund from either company. Both companies are blaming each other and neither is taking accountability or responsibility for what happened in Paris.

Worst company ever,
Everything was a mess, paid for seats and were added to the wrong flight and tried to change them with no luck, at one point I wasn't even sure if my trip was booked because I never even got a confirmation, I had to call the airport myself to confirm that I even had a flight, they left me high and dry and kept brushing me off, kept me waiting forever and did nothing. I say run like hell!

I believe the reading is less confusing than in other booking places...sometimes you are not sure if you are booking the right date and time.
However, the car deals are not competitive compared to other places that allow the retail price to book outside the airport while picking the vehicle in the airport.

I have purchased my ticket 8 moths ago and they keep sending me notices that my flight was changed.
I am going to travel with a 4 month old and they put me on a 10 hour layover (the original ticket I purchased had 2 hours).
Can't talk to them on the phone, waited 40 minutes, guy pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up.

Tried to get cheap tickets for me and a friend to Korea. This website is connected to a couple others, including Cheapoair and cheaptkts.com, apparently. The second I hit "book", they throw the price up by at least $600. So they lie to you right off the bat. After trying to catch these "sold out deals", I get a phone call from a representative who, all of them, had accents I could not pinpoint. They tried offering me a lower rate, I gave them my credit card information, then after it was booked, he told me one of the tickets were a little more expensive. By a couple hundred bucks! It all seemed really shady so I cancelled it immediately, never got a confirmation, and my credit card was held up for a week before I finally got my money back. A lot of people say they're charged double or their reservations don't exist and are left stranded. AVOID "CHEAP" TICKETS AT ALL COSTS!

Buyers be aware.
Don't ever book with them! Just tried to book a flight on one of their websites, not knowing that its theirs. I thought it was the official airline webpage. I booked and ended up with a completely different airline, different terminal and so on. This was not shown or stated before i booked it. We rang straight away and tried to cancel and they wanted $100 fee for canceling. The fee was not mentioned in their terms and conditions either. I started looking for reviews for onetravel and found very bad ratings and many people which had the same problems with them or even worse.

I booked for 2 passengers, one gets assigned a seat and the other one doesn't (boarding pass says GATE) so at the gate, the Air Canada agent (herself grumpy and impatient) seats us really far from one another and we gave to switch with neighboring passengers to be able to sit together.

Also, while reserving, I entered our frequent flyer program account numbers but apparently they never found their way onto our reservation so now I gave to chase my reward points manually myself because of One Travel's negligence or incompetence.

I think I might have saved something like $120 between the two of us, certainly not worth the headaches.

I cannot even believe the trouble I've had with your company. I will never use you again and will tell everyone I know NOT to use One Travel. Changing my flights and canceling them and wanting me to spend more money to get my ticket fixed. Absolutely unacceptable! When I complained before they said they would refund me $20 for my trouble but never did. So incredibly dissatisfied with your service! NEVER AGAIN!

I am currently on hold with One Travel for the last hour-so I guess I have lots of time to write a review. Never use this site! I called the airline within 72 hours of my booking to confirm my times and flights as is advised on the One Travel web site. It is a good thing I did because my return flight number is different then the itinierary that was sent to me. The airline advised me to cal One Travel to change this for me otherwise I would have trouble checking in. I have been disconnected twice and now I am on hold for the last hour. The hassle so far was not worth saving a few bucks on a flight. When I finally do talk to someone I just hope they can resolve the issue. I would rather just have the ticket refunded and start fresh with an airline booking site that I trust-but as the ticket says-no changes no refunds. Stil on hold going on an hour and a 15 minutes now... lame-do not use!

Company ripped off my parents. They had no idea they we're paying in American dollars. Took me 12 phone calls, where I was hung up on, put on hold for hours and transferred several times plus 4 emails to get no where. They offered me a credit. As if I'd ever want to travel with them again. Going to take this up with the credit card company. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY

One Stop, One Travel

I love this website and all that it has to offer. Recently surprised my husband with a trip to Dallas for a Cowboys game and I went through OneTravel for my flights. I paid less for my flights than I paid for 2 tickets to the game! Thanks OneTravel for always providing the best deals.

Booking through one travel was fine aside the fee I was unexpectedly charged for booking a seat, which I think is ridiculous because it's free to book through the airline. Additionally, the seat I booked wasn't the seat I was given when I actually boarded the flight, so it was both a waste of money and felt like a scam. I did let one travel know what happened and they were able to refund the money for my seat.

I got a direct flight for my mom as indicated on the website. I paid extra for her to go direct. I even contacted One Travel multiple times to ensure that it was in fact direct, all the people I spoke to said it was direct. I called right before her flight to once again confirm just because it was a longer flight than my aunt (who had a direct flight). The person on the phone said she does have a stop but it is only for fuelling and she is not required to leave the plane. She got on the flight and had a stop with a 3 hours layover. I am now trying to resolve this issue with the online help and the person in the conversation is not replying to me. Did not even tell me to hold on or anything. Its been over 15 minutes. DO NOT BOOK from this site. I go on vacations yearly and I can say I have never had this bad of service ever.
