Have been dealing with Onecom ever since they took over Vodafone contracts and have to say they have always been great. All the agents I've spoken to, each year I've renegotiated my contract, have been really helpful. Upgraded my current contract today with Karl Davies who went out of his way to get me a fantastic deal. He was not only friendly and polite but very patient and proactive when I pushed for the better deal!
OneCom are taking my elderly dementia ridden Dad to court to pay £1000 fine for cancelling his contract a few years ago because the broadband hardly ever worked. OneCom customer service was non existent and no one would fix the problems so he had no alternative but to switch providers. Shame on you OneCom preying on the vulnerable with your dodgy contracts and shoddy service. See you in court!

After having dealt with Karl Davies yesterday initially, and again today, I have to highly commend this young man, to his people skills. He listened, explained and found for me a suitable new package for me. As well as fulfilling these requirements, he was chatty, pleasant and genuinely a breath of fresh air to deal with. So much so will ask for him by name if I need any information in future regarding my contract.

I was experiencing network connectivity issues with a new phone I had purchased. I used the online live chat and explained the situation to service advisor who came back to me very quickly with a few possible solutions. Instruction/feedback was clear and simple which helped me understand what to do and I was able to resolve the matter swiftly, thanks to the help of the advisor. This was a much more time-effective method than phoning the customer care line which was my original pursuit. Thanks to the advisor for the help, much appreciated!

I contacted OneCom regarding my new mobile telephone and other gadgets via 'online chat'. The person who dealt with me, Eurika, was first class. She dealt with me regarding my queries very quickly, comprehensively and, above all, clearly in a language I could understand. Eurika covered all my points and everything is working as it should thanks to her help. An excellent service, thank you, Eurika.

I have experienced frustrating times trying to contact onecom by phone in the past so this time I tried the direct online chat feature. I had a text conversation with Daniel H who was able to diagnose my problem and send over detailed instructions on how to fix it. The service was quick and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again. If you are struggling to get through on the phone line then I would definitely recommend you try online chat.

I wanted to split my companies phones over two separate bills and change the names on the accounts.
Kirsty Jubb at digital Services and Support was incredibly helpful and assisted with every step of this. She helped with forms and answered all my questions and quires promptly. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very valued as a customer.
Kirsty was very polite and friendly on all her emails.
It would be lovely if all support staff were as good as Kirsty.

Wanted to upgrade my phone and onecom matched a competitors deal exactly if not better as I got to keep The entertainment package for 2 more years! Karl Davies has dealt with my past 2 upgrades over 4 years and he's always highly professional, makes it easy for me to understand and always finds a way to make the process a little more fun/banter! I spoke with Karl Davies (Sales Exec') today for my upgrade. I have always been incredibly impressed with Onecom, for their service and deals. I just wanted some quick help without spending half a day searching for offers that are not what they seem. Karl was very helpful finding me the right deal quick& easy. He explained everything in great detail but also understood that I was in a rush. Karl's very approachable and friendly attitude makes you feel very comfortable when signing your "life away" for the next 24mths to Vodafone :). Good customer service. HadLive chat with Simon W & Elysia B today re setting up new phone and sim card to keep old number, both were very knowledgeable and helpful, did not know i was with one com til yesterday always thought i was with Vodafone, phoned yesterday spoke to Tai(sorry if i got it wrong), who sorted out my upgrade and sorted my new plan out, he was also very helpful and knowledgeable, new phone came at 1000 this morning, great service and friendly staff, far better than vodafone.

I upgraded my phone today and had the very good fortune to be looked after by Karl Davies. His patience was second to none! He listened to what I wanted and provided the best customer service I've had in a very long time. He asked what I needed in a phone and

Onecom currently supply my landline and broadband, I have had no issues and the change over was easy. It's cheaper than my old contract with BT and I now have faster broadband. I see a lot of reviews for a company called True Telecom on here which an employee of Onecom made me aware they inherited when they bought them out. Onecom have been wonderful to deal with and the customer care team are brilliant. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Carl Davies my Onecom representative was really helpful and friendly and it was clear to me that he had a wealth of knowledge about his products. Throughout our conversation he conducted himself in a professional and efficient manner. I am really glad that he took my call this afternoon as I enjoyed speaking with such a pleasant person. Some of the companies I have to deal with leave a lot to be desired but not One com which is why I have remained a customer with them for such a long time.

Karl Davies was super-helpful in renegotiating the discount on my monthly contract, which had just come to an end. I was hoping to maintain the same price I've had for the last 12 months, but he actually managed to reduce the price by about £4 a month while also tripling the amount of mobile data I have! Really pleased with this - many thanks Karl!
