Only issue is it takes 2 months from time of shipment to actual receipt to US Territory. Maybe there could be a shipping option to use USPS with insurance & signature? I followed suggestion of ordering up, but shoes were still too small. An email to customer service got me a replacement pair for the cost of overseas shipping only. We'll see when they get here...
As a follow up, I received the shoes and have since donated them. The pain after wearing them for one night at my part-time job was so bad, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get to my car. Was almost in tears. Save your $ and buy American products.

Overall, I would do business with LuxLair again. Their Customer service took the time to address my concern and did so in a very satisfactory manner. While I'm not floored by the designer product I purchased, it's second hand and difficult to truly judge the quality until actual inspection, in person. They do offer a return policy. Lesson learned when dealing with second hand goods. Overall, Lux Lair was very accommodating and provided options when I was disappointed in the purchase. I would do business with them again.
