This system prevented us from having water damage under our kitchen sink and in our laundry room when there were leaks. Also woke us up in the middle of the night when a fire started in the oven and filled the home with smoke. It woke the whole family up and we were able to stop the fire before it was out of control. Well worth the price to save our home and family!
Salesperson came to my door stating that they treat mosquitos which was what I needed. Signed up for monthly $150 treatment and only to realize later that mosquitos are not on the list of pests they treat. Called CS who told me mosquitos treatment costs another $90, and $150 plus tax to cancel current plan unless I finish full 24 months' subscription.

This company is all about making money and screwing the customer. They don't care if the treatment works.
In my case I make a verbal deal with the sale person that was at my neighbor house to treat my outside yard for fire ants only for a cost of $100.00 since they were doing my neighbor's home and that was all, no contract just verbal. Now they requested that I had to request a cancellation for service and a fee of $162.00. Big scam company, I am reporting this to the BBB.
I hope they are out of business soon.
On, y problem with the hardware store ones was replacing the batteries. Now the Omnisheild ones are putting out a beep every 30 seconds. Tried cleaning dust out now I have 2 beeping. Guys who sold them must of only been interested in the commission. No support no follow up. Wish we hadn't spent the money and they weren't cheap
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy this product
What I thought and what I got ended up in a nope purchase for me. I came running to the reviews the next day and to my satisfaction I made the right decision 1. If you to tell me your going to remind me you are coming then do it, that's just bad business. 2. If you say it's an hour than make it an hour. 3. Teach me fire safety but I don't wanna be quizzed after I worked all day sorry 4. I don't wanna do your job, don't make me text my friends and family 5. Just spill damn beans "I'm here to sell you an overpriced smoke alarm"6. Do not I repeat do not make me feel like I have to put a price on my children's safety and when I can't, make me feel like a bad mom because I don't have 4 grand to invest in smoke alarms. 7. My son had nightmares because of this demonstration maybe a little staff meeting would be a good idea 8. A little advise be upfront don't lie, ppl can smell a pyramid scheme a mile away if you made the damn things a price real ppl could afford you could probably sell 3 over hounding someone to death to buy one. And lastly the whole "bed shake" thing kinda silly. I think I'll take $400 invest into something that has higher reviews and gives me just as much as a piece of mind and keep $3,600 in my pocket thanks anyway.

Are you kidding me I'm not buying these overpriced smoke alarms
They came to do their pitch at my house and I had to leave for business. I was interested in the product. They made me sign a document they claimed was so they could return to do the install and claimed that I would sign the contract upon their return and be given a copy. They returned late, never gave a copy, the paper they had me partially sign WAS the contract I found out after the fact. They immediately sold the contract to PCI. I am disputing and attempting to have the contract canceled as I never finished signing it or had been given a copy to read. The sale was filled in after the fact and is nearly 2000 more than verbally discussed. Do not even entertain a discussion with these people. Run.
I am trying hard to cancel my contract with them. They are very unprofessional! I've only had this service for less than 2 months now, and they give a flat out "NO you can't cancel". I wish I did more digging into the service before signing anything. I was scammed good with the ladies who came over. Now they don't respond to me whatsoever. All they want is you to sign your contract and once you do that, your $#*!ed! They won't help, they just want your money! Has anyone been able to cancel the contract? Please help me find a way. I've worked so hard on my credit and don't want this stupid place to affect it. They are WAY OVERPRICED! Their not a real business, I don't have access to my own account number or anything like that. Very Fishy when you want to sign in to check the balance and services. I deeply regret answering my phone, they called EVERYDAY until I answered. At this point, I wish I just told them to F OFF.
These products saves me from my basement water damage. They really have a smart product and i really like the app. It can inform you of a water leak or smoke in your house anytime and anywhere! Best alarm system I would say!
Horrible sales tactics, unresponsive customer service, way overpriced.
NOT happy with anything about Omnishield. I never should have left Terminix. Both Terminix and Adam's included the same services (though Omnishield claimed otherwise) for way cheaper and provided better cust service.
Had to cancel Omnishield but got a $175 termination fee because they "discounted" the first service from $345 to $170 or something. How it would have ever costed $345 is unimaginable. The guy was at my house for 15 minutes and the application was no different from the other pest control companies I've used for $80/service.
TLDR: Don't fall for their sales pitch. Use another company. Avoid the headaches I've had with them.
EDIT: Went to post on BBB, and turns out their accreditation there is already suspended. Looks like I'm not the only one!
Patrick The Sales Rep Was Very Good At Explaining Everything And Romeo Was A Very Good Person Who Know How to Set Things Up Thanks You Two For Making Me Feel Sercure And Safe 100 Percent From Christina
Customer Service starting at the top and the only customer service person are very unreasonable and only care about getting your money. They hate to reschedule your service and give you a hard time. Do not use this service as their 1-year contract is ridiculously inflated with a $250 discount which keeps you locked in unless you want to give them money for nothing. If you have to read between the contract lines that are only in favor of Omni Shield you should look elsewhere. My mistake, don't let it be yours. There are way better providers out there. They have no corporate number to complain to and the executive is no help.
Tip for consumers:
Pest control service with a hefty cancellation fee meant to lock you in from canceling. Absolutely no wiggle room.
Great product that works and awesome, supportive company. My family is safe from fire. I do not have to worry.
