Your products are good but your silly pricing policy - sending silly mailings and online come-ons - generally lead to the same prices.

Order M*******HKDB. 2 package deals. 1 came in no cool pks. *******@54 degrees. Burgers were gray. Side was a bag of liquid potatoes. Hope 2nd is better.
I still have product from my first order, I guess the two of us aren't big meat eaters. That may change with barbque season?

Omaha use to be A business I respected trusted. Great customer service AS OF 2016 AFTER 5 YEARS OF MONTHLY ORDERING I NOTICED A BIG DIFFERENCEn CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR WHOLE PROCESS. I ORDERED USED A REWARD coupon 20.00 OFF PAID ORDER ACCEPTED THE DAY OF SHIP THEY CALLED SAID I OWE 8.96 PLUS I WASNT GETTNG MY BROWNIES! MY COUPON WAS VALID I SENT THEM COPY THEY OWED ME FOR BROWNIES THW LADY COULDNT SUBTRACT 80. FROM 100.
SO FRUSTRATING GOT NO BETTER AFTER WRITING THEM AGAIN. THEY DIDNT CARE KEPT MY MONEY NO BROWNIES AND DELIVEREX 4 DAYS AFTER PROMISED DATE! IM DONE WITH THEM I SPENT THOUSANS THERE AND IF THATS HOW THEY TREAT OLD CUSTOMERS THEY CAN COUNT ME OUT!
I have ordered three times from Omaha steaks and was ok but filets and stirps were very tough! Run for this high price
Not worth the price. Thought we would have enough for 2 meals, but no. Not enough meat just full of filler

I selected the Holiday delivery of 10 to 15 days before Christmas but it was shipped to me end of November. Had to clear out my freezer early.

Answer: A rep once told me verbally, then via email that a refund would be issued. A week or so later, nothing. I messaged customer service to inquire on the status of the refund and was told some correction would be made and the refund would be issued. Another week or two and still no refund to my account, however that same rep had sent me a follow up stating the funds would be in my account in there to five business days. Three to five business days later, still nothing but I waited an extra two or three days but still nothing. After some effort and back and forth and early morning phone calls I got through. At that time, if memory serves me correctly, the refund was issued and back to the card the order was placed from as well as additional golden biscuit or two, again, IF memory serves me correctly. One thing for sure, it took a lot of time, effort and waiting for that refund, but I eventually received it. I imagine you have to take into consideration that those online businesses get their share of dishonest squirrels exploiting the situation. It's always best to be as honest as you reasonably, honestly can be as one's sincerity often just naturally reveals itself or its opposite such as when unscrupulous people are up to shenanigans anyone can do without. I think they can usually tell, but it can take some doing on their part too.
