Very dissatisfied customer

I made a purchase, paid alot of money, the shed was installed incorrectly, backwards and door on wrong the side. This company refuses to correct the problem unless i pay $300.00. It was their mistake. I feel they should do it free of charge, the installer did not follow instructions.
