Oh Polly

Ive recently had a very good experience with Oh Polly customer service. The delivery service (Hermes) lost my order (again) and I had no idea what to do. I tried to contact Oh Polly customer service and they solve my problem immediately. Ellie,
Georgina, Moya, Lucy and Aimee gave me an accurate information about my order, what happened with it and how we can solve this problem. I am more than happy with the solution they came up with because they replaced my order and I have my beautiful dress at home already!... It was definitely the best customer service I experienced recently. Thank you guys for your help! Can't wait to order new collection

I ordered something for next day delivery, I didn't receive my product at all. I was given absolutely no help from customer support or the courier service. Day 9 and still no communication or help
Order from this company if you have money to burn

I had an issue with not receiving my order confirmation and they responded very quickly, in particular Luce! She even made a follow up to make sure that I received my confirmation and my order. Aimee was also a great help in making sure everything arrived on time!

I had a slight technical error with a parcel I had ordered, the website came up with an error message and the money had been taken but no confirmation email. I emailed straight away and the team were really helpful kept emailing even after the parcel had arrived to check everything was going smoothly. Would always shop here again the swimsuits are lovely!

Due to the brexit, there were a few delivery problems, so I wrote an email to oh Polly to ask for help. I was helped immediately after a short time and alternatives were sought. I felt very well looked after and the problem was solved within a very short time.

I had an issue with delivery and so had to send a dm through Twitter. This was dealt with really quickly and I was really happy with how everything was sorted. Bethanie dealt with my query and was really friendly and helpful!
