Paid for 2 day delivery. Order wasn't shipped for 2 days. Order finally arrived 6 days after it was placed.
I got credit for the 2 day delivery but with the lights in our laundry room out, we'd have preferred to have gotten the order on time.
I questioned whether the product was a knockoff as the mounting holes did not match the item they replaced which was the same part # from the same manufacturer. I had to drill out the holes in order to use them.
If the product wasn't a knockoff, then the manufacturer needs to work on their quality control.
I would recommend this site.
