Delivered items were exactly as-described, and arrived well-packaged.
Called customer service. Person that helped me didn't know his products, so calling with questions was a waste of time. Send him to training on your products.

Experience was so so --item was 1 day late in shipping --package was damaged by P.O.-- 3 days late in delivery. Ballast works fine after installation
