I ordered shoes online and I recieved wrong size and colour, the shoes have a pattern that the picture is not showing. I had to pay a hidden customs fee and also most likely delivery fees to return the item. It was for a present so very dissapointing experience.
I have written this review and they did not publish it, the shoes only have a 5 star review that they probably wrote themselves.
Stay off from buying anything from office online!

Ordered a pair of AF1 on the 3rd of August with express 3-5 day shipping to Australia.
My item was held in UK customs until the 20th of August due to an incomplete invoice which neither DPD shipping service nor the office customer service could resolve.
After countless web chat sessions the tracking was updated to returning to sender and now I'm being told that I have to wait for the office to verify whether they receive the item prior to refunding my money.
I paid 89.99 for the shoes and 45 pounds for express shipping. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Do not buy with this retailer- especially overseas!
UPDATE: The OFFICE received my shoes and sent me an invoice that they were processing them as a return and I would not get my 45 pound shipping refunded. After sending me the invoice they still did not refund any money.
Luckily I had checked out using PayPal. After opening a dispute I was provided a refund by PayPal under buyer protection. Proceed with utter caution!
