Please avoid this company. They are scammers. I called, e-mailed several times and no reply. Customer service is a joke. I cannot get a refund after the machine was returned. Over the phone he said that I'll get a refund in 7 days and past 8 months and nothing.
No one answers the phone or e-mail inquiries. On one occasion I got an e-mail reply with false information. I was give a tracking number for items that were shipped to Maryland. I am in Miami, FL. It's been 1 1/2 months and still no items. I asked my credit card company to stop payment. Funny thing is one of their email responses was for a 5% discount on my next order! What an insult!
Website can be a little frustrating when trying to navigate. They have been very slow shipping my order, but they had some items that I could not find anywhere else.
Biggest disappointment is that there is no way to check on my order status.
******UPDATE******** I am now convinced this is not an active commerce site. I have not received my order, no one has returned my e-mail and no one answers the phone. Don't use the site unless you can talk to a human.
I ordered a toner drum for a Brother All- in-One machine. It was shipped correctly but due to my mistake, I have to return the item. I've been calling all numbers, leaving messages and sent a required request for approval/return the past week. No response from them. I see the same pattern from other customer reviewers going back for some time. How does this company stay in business? Yesterday, I called two numbers at5 least 20 times throughout the day-no answer or response.

I started following up with them a week later. None of the Phone/Fax numbers are in working order and I still have not heared back from them via E-Mail (12/13/2010).
Hopefully Papal will refund me my $.

This is a horrible company, they never process your orders, no response for the orders you placed. I am wondering they may try to defraud bank card. Terrible experience. Never buy anything from it. This company is selling items which he/she stole from other place. He/she also steal credit card information. Horrible company, horrible service. Will call police to report this scam company.
You place your order and there is no way to check the status of it. Last time I ordered 6 toners and received 1 of them. I call and nobody answers or returns the message I left. I've emailed with no response, also I sent the email with I will get an email that the message has been received and read and didn't get either.

This company is downright horrible. They NEVER answer there phones. Never call back. You get a reply one in a blue moon from a customer service rep Anne. We have spent thousands of dollars buying ink from them. We are NEVER using them again. Bye bye!:(

I placed an order in January. I kept watching the shipping field to see what the shipping costs were. It kept showing 0.0. So I completed the order only to find the shipping charge was much higher than other sites AFTER I The place order button. I called and immediately left a voice mail asking to have the shipment cancelled. I received no response. The next afternoon I called again. The Customer Service rep told me she had just left me a voicemail (not true) that my shipment could not be cancelled. After trying to work out the shipping charge with her for several minutes I asked to speak with a supervisor. She said she was one and there was no one else I could speak with. If I had a concern I could e-mail Corporate. I e-mailed Corporate and of course did not get a response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for tent card holders by clicking on the order button on the product page. I subsequently received the wrong size. When I called to inquire, it appears I was supposed to click on product details further down on the product page to see what sizes they really had -- nothing on the product page to indicate this should be done.
Nevertheless, I have the honor of incurring the return shipping fees AND a ridiculously high restocking fee.
This company is a scam. I never received my order from them and have not been able to contact them via phone or email. DO NOT order from this company!
