I placed an order in January. I kept watching the shipping field to see what the shipping costs were. It kept showing 0.0. So I completed the order only to find the shipping charge was much higher than other sites AFTER I The place order button. I called and immediately left a voice mail asking to have the shipment cancelled. I received no response. The next afternoon I called again. The Customer Service rep told me she had just left me a voicemail (not true) that my shipment could not be cancelled. After trying to work out the shipping charge with her for several minutes I asked to speak with a supervisor. She said she was one and there was no one else I could speak with. If I had a concern I could e-mail Corporate. I e-mailed Corporate and of course did not get a response.
