I HAD THE WORST TIME AT THE CENTER STREET OCTAPHARMA IN OMAHA, NEBRASKA! A crippled man that has a gimpy walk and curved arms poked my arm with a thick needle now being certified at all, and blew my gosh darn vein I have had bruises and arm pain for almost two weeks now! It was the worst then after he poked me and it hurt so bad 2 more people tried messing with it moving a thick a** needle around my vein even though it was already messed up! Worst experience ever and the pain sucks! And the pain is even worse
I was hoping you guys would give Leslie bermudez her job back she was one of my favorite people workin there she made sure people was comfortable there
Teshea was very respectful and know what she was doing. Made me feel comfortable and made me laugh. Great people and environment. Will definitely be back to donate
I had an awesome experience at Octapharma. The gentleman by the name of Rayn P. Was very polite very quick efficient. You guys need more people like him. Thank you guys
History. Once upon a time I was told at a clinic that because of a bandaid minor rash I must be allergic to latex or adhesive they were not sure and no testing was done. So I have honestly told them this from the beginning, it was added to their "system" and I have donated many times with this being being noted. I have even been "accidentally" wrapped with latex a few times before, it was not a big deal I just changed the wrap when I got home. Could have killed someone with a serious issue. My "Question" and yes it is a Question is this... If all of this information was in their system and I was being allowed to donate while these allergies were known and listed then why was there a change today out of nowhere? Cameron by the way this is a Question. Trying to tell customers when they ask a question that it is not a question is condescending, rude and indicates a disgusting distain for customers. Here is a hint for you the customers that you think so little of and have so much distain for are the reason the company can afford to keep you employed. The lady that tried to explain this to me and did not succeed just fell back to it's corporate policy.
Octapharma on Lancaster is the only place I will go. Ryan P. Is a great phlebotomist, no pain, no adjustments, great patient care and customer service.
Very friendly and family like. At my visit today the staff members was caring and understanding. They treated us with a lot of respect
I injoy donating plasma at the edgewater location. Everyone is knowledgeable and polite. Some of the best phlebotomists I've have ever. Shoot out to LaLa, Christy, Sandra, &Christal.
My fience has come in to octaphama off Blanding Blvd. Steven has stuck him a couple of times. He does an amazing job. The the donor doesn't even feel the needle go in.
My experience started on Monday 12-5-22, I called to get details to become a new donor. I spoke with a very nice woman who was very helpful and suggested that I come early to avoid the "rush". I called back on Thursday and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Frank, after a very pleasant conversation I asked if an appointment was needed (the reason I called) his reply was "no but try to be here as early as possible we open at 7am". So Friday morning I drove frome Springfield to Kettering ( about 29 miles) and arrived at a run down shopping center where Octapharma is located. I walk in to find two people standing in line and 3 people in beds donating and one young lady doing the pre-screening. It's currently 7:45 am. At 8am the same two people are still standing in line and I finally walk up to the counter and only at that point was I acknowledged. The young lady with blonde highlights in her hair asked of I was a new donor, I replied yes and she rolled her eyes and then sighed as she began to speak. Her words were " so we are not taking new donors at this time because we don't have the staff to handle it but if you want to come back in like 3 or 4 hours..." I told her I was not returning and that it was a 30 mile drive and she immediately turned her back to me and acted as though I wasn't there.
This is a perfect sign of how this place operates and a warning of how they do business. I'm glad I left and I will never return, I am warning others to stay away as well.
The address is 1042 Patterson
This has been a unique experience. The people at my center are so nice and courteous. It felt good to donate and feel like I'm giving back.
Great place to put a few extra dollars in your pocket and help someone back to health I really do love the way people that work there treat you
I have been coming for years. The staff is friendly and professional. This is a Great War to make extra cash.
Sometimes it takes a little longer I said the employees are some times slower then I like but overall very nice
They have friendly staff, keep it professional, clean and neat, but can use more beds. Keep up the good work
This is a pretty decent place for donations. The building is usually clean, lines are sometimes long but generally acceptable.
I love octapharma plasma in okc. It has a friendly staff and pay better then telacris. Jazmin, Brett, Johnathan, and Abbie stay moving and getting people in and out.
Staff is very helpful and the lines move quickly. I have been coming here for over a year now and have never had an unpleasant experience.
