The company has garnered mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service. Positive sentiments highlight the professionalism and attentiveness of certain staff members, as well as the overall cleanliness and efficiency of some locations. However, significant concerns arise from reports of long wait times, perceived racial bias, and unprofessional behavior among employees. Customers express frustration over management issues, understaffing, and unfulfilled promises related to referral bonuses and donation compensation. Overall, while some donors appreciate their experiences, a notable portion feels dissatisfied, indicating a need for improved staff training and operational efficiency.

The Norfolk location had been doing a good job until 3x ago my husband had 1 particular young lady really hurt his left arm. It hurt so bad that he wouldn't use that arm to donate anymore. He was using the other arm fine until he got the same young lady again the other day. It hurt bad and the numbers stopped so she called over the Dr and he said to pull it out so.e to get it going again. It did but still hurt bad. By the time he got home his arm was bruised bad and he had a liquid pocket under the skin on his bi ep and one on his forearm. We called and spoke to staff then a nurse and we told them what the nurse was wearing and how she had a clear face cover on so that she wouldn't hurt anyone else. Theu didn't even care, much less have her stop from hurting people. I'm not an attorney but this is the exact definition of "NEGLIGENCE." They have been informed and still not taken action to remedy it nor have her stop from hurting the next people. I guarantee if her records are pulled she has hurt many more.
Stood in line 1 1/2 hours, 1 nurse screening. Black man worker decides to play a game to let some people have an express pass. 3 people got to cut in line in front of me, they had just arrived at the center. I spoke up and said this was wrong, the man said just trying to make things fun. I walked out. These people are rude and dishonest.
Alway quick and efficient. Friendly staff and always knowledgeable. Ive always been in and out quickly
They promise a large amount for 1st time donations, but their people are not good with the needle and cause brusing. Then they say that the brusing is too large to let you donate for 2 weeks. There is note nought allowed time to get the new donors pay.
I love octapharma plasma in okc. It has a friendly staff and pay better then telacris. Jazmin, Brett, Johnathan, and Abbie stay moving and getting people in and out.
Professional, efficient and pleasant staff! I have donated at other facilities. No other compares to Octapharma staff!
Unlike biolife or csl, octapharma uses com data which charges you yo remove your own money. Your donations profit the credit card Co. You don't end up receiving the money promised. I quit donating after 2nd visit. I'm not here for credit company's to make money off of. Octapharma is to blame since they use that bank. Just donate at csl or biolife where you get the money promised.
I love the way they run it all around it's one of the best places to go to they move at a good timely manner
I donated this afternoon and witnessed an employee unhook someone when they were done, adjust someone's needle and stick two people without changing his gloves. I will never let him stick me.
$65 is not worth a thousand milliliters of plasma and the 2 hours that it take staff to get you through the process of donating. I'll be leaving and going back to CSL where you get the same amount for less plasma and that means shorter donation time.
It's great place couple suggestions I have sanitary for the bathroom and a TV for people who can't see it so on one section
Been open just over a year. Nice staff but incompetent phlebotomists. I would get bruised every time when other sites would not. They do not inform donors when site is down causing wasted trips, Lastly, they practice ageism forcing donors to stop at 71st birthday without informing donors. Even staff didn't know why until third wasted trip. CSL more professional and pays more
Nice to not have to make an appointment and that they are open daily. Nice staff. Open on holidays. Easy laid back place.
Good place to donate and they have good workers very polite great environment very clean and doesn't stink.
This place is always much faster waiting time to actually give plasma the staff is very friendly and very helpful I would recommend this plasma sanity to anyone I just went to aqua pharma photos
I injoy donating plasma at the edgewater location. Everyone is knowledgeable and polite. Some of the best phlebotomists I've have ever. Shoot out to LaLa, Christy, Sandra, &Christal.
Good place to donate. Been coming for 20 years and won't change for anyone. Clean and friendly. Try here 1st
Donating plasma is a conscientious and easy way to make extra cash. In addition, it places me in a position to stay healthy and to eat a well balanced diet. I hope I can donate for years to come.
Kevin Marchant octapharma client Terre Haute In.
The workers they have are great but there's always a long line and never have enough workers the process takes forever.
