My fund withdrawal is declined so many times. Octafx keep asking me to choose Visa as a withdrawal method. But as attached screen, visa button is disable in the withdrawal page, very disappointing

OctaFX disappointed with its unreliable platform and poor customer service. Trades often faced execution delays, causing frustration and financial losses. Customer support was unresponsive and lacked resolution skills. Overall, a frustrating experience that lacks the reliability and support crucial for successful trading.

For a novice like me, it's a good choice. I kept asking the customer service how to use their software and they were patiently answering every question. I can't even imagine how stupid I looked in a ton of messages, but they work well with the clients, so I'm happy about this experience. The withdrawal time is not too good, sometimes it takes quite a lot of time to actually get what you've got. But - eh - I can tolerate that because I'm not sure I'll find another broker that will give me a guarantee of the faster money. So for the moment, I hate the time issue, but overall I'm pleased.

I have dealt with octaxfx customers service on several occasions, and the way they attend to customers is second to none. Very prudence, attentive and ready to solve your problems as quick as possible always. Honestly, I have never come across this level of human relation elsewhere. However, Octa need to work on his network and server. It is very annoying that each time you want to implement or cancel trade that is going against you or claim a trade that is in your favor, the application will not respond. " Server temporarily unavailable" is the usual response. Octafx please do something about this aspect of your app and you will receive 10 stars. Thanks 🙏 you.

Customer service at Octa is 24/7 not 24/5 like many trading brokers. They have customer service reps who speak various languages so that everyone is covered.
I also love the OCTA custom trading platform. They utilise many of the Tradingview indicators and charting with OCTA's platform is the same as Tradingview, a condensed version. But what tradingview does not have is SPACE. This shines in their trading platform because you can learn and pick up on the run various trading ideas and trades you might take. Space is very helpful. Executing trades on their platform is very good as well, simple to place TP and SL orders. Well done Octa. The future of trading.
