I did not get the chance to even try the product because they sent me the wrong product. When I tried to exchange or return it, the policy is that the client has to pay for the return and in top of that they will charge 10% fee for the return. In few words the client has to pay for their bad service. There are lots of these products everywhere, so don't buy from this company. Also they take forever to reply

If a customer places an order for the wrong product (even by accident), they are responsible for shipping the order back to us to process an exchange. NULASTIN® only provides prepaid return labels for orders that were erroneous on our part. If the item(s) you return to us are still sealed, there is no 10% return fee.

Hardly any product

Works but you're paying for air and a container. I've used all three lash/brow and hair products. The containers are thick and you can't see how much is there but it's very little. They say a little goes a long way but if the container actually showed how much you got for the price I don't think anyone would buy it. They're taking advantage of people who will pay anything for more hair.

Product lacking

Im pretty disappointed in what seems like a VERY minimal amount of product coming on the wand. I have to apply it many times to see and feel any product on me so idk if i was jipped on the amount of product, but for nearly $100 bucks for one tube...i feel taken advantage of. I was really hoping to keep going with this product but i cant say i will if there is minimal product to work with. :(

There was very little product/gel in the tube. I would dip the wand in several times but very little product comes out. It's a lot of money to charge for so little product to come out. Can you address this?

EMPTY and DRY

I intentionally ordered your expensive Brow Altering Serum directly from your website and NOT from Amazon. Yes, that was my choice, thinking the quality of it would be better if ordered directly from source. However, I was so disappointed -- it arrived and as soon as I tried it the first time, I realized the barrel was empty, almost dry. After spending almost $100, I naturally expected more product. I did try to get more serum out (nothing appeared on the bristle brush but a little wet product did appear on the wand and so even when I tried to swipe the wand with a q-tip and use that, it was to no avail. Product was evaporated, it was dry. Your choice: I am requesting a full refund or another brow serum barrel as a replacement. I had such high hopes of using it for the high cost, but was thoroughly disappointed in the almost dry formulation.

No product in the tube.

Highly disappointed with the amount of product inside the tube. How does a company take your money like this and not ensure that the product being sent to the customer is actually in the container? I was really looking forward to seeing the end results from all the reviews I read.

Glad I'm not crazy!

I was glad to read so many reviews talking about lack of quantity in the tube. I felt like there was nothing in the tube and I was rubbing a dry brush on my brows. Too expensive to not see/ feel any product. I would not keep buying this. I need to see and feel a product.

First, the brow serum works wonderfully. With consistent use over three weeks, my brows became fuller. I have a before and after photos to prove it. I've been using Nulastin for my hair, and while I cannot see the difference, I'm confident that the one area I've been focusing on will fill in some more.

The customer service team is exceptional as well. I goofed on my order and they took care of it.

Now for the bad news. When I finished using Grande lash (used for years and never a problem), I gave my eyes a week to rest and then started to use the Nulastin eye serum. Within a week, I developed a stye and an infection in my right eye. The swelling, pain, and oozing became concerning, so I had to go to an ophthalmologist (diagnosis code H00.021). Ten days on drops plus a nightly antibiotic was the antidote. Cost for that was close to $200. My eyes are not overly sensitive since I've had lashes glued on a handful of times without incident. Needless to say, I will not be using the eye serum again.

I am a dermatologist and am always interested in new products. I purchased the brow serum and eyelash serum. The containers are almost empty. I believe that I have been using the products for about 4 months. Unfortunately, I have not seen any results. I used to use Latisse, and it did work, so I guess I'll go back to that.

Not good for sensitive eyes

So I received this via the Free Gift Friday event from NewBeauty and just paid for shipping. Unfortunately, it's not even worth paying the shipping expense because I ended up with a stye and multiple milia bumps on my waterline. Though my stye eventually went away, the milia have not and it's been nearly 2 weeks. I also got a burning sensation after applying and my eyes were swollen. I even confirmed with customer support that I did indeed correctly apply the product on my (clean) eyelids.

Although customer service was very pleasant and responsive with trying to troubleshoot, in the end I still reacted terribly to the product. Considering how expensive the product is, I wouldn't recommend anyone with sensitive eyelids to try this. Had I purchased the serum at retail value, I would have been livid.

I've tried GrandeLash and RapidLash and various other eyelash serums out in the market and have never had such a severe experience like I did with Nulastin. Save yourself the time and money you would spend going to an optometrist.

What a disappointment that the product did not agree with you. Of the 10,000 people who were part of that give-away, your experience matters the most to us. Sensitivity to products is an unfortunate part of the cosmetic journey, which is why we have a disclaimer on our packaging encouraging those with sensitivities to do a patch test, and stop using the product if redness or irritation occurs.

I personally have dealt with my fair share of allergic and adverse reactions to ingredients (or formulas), so I get it. There's a lot of troubleshooting tips I could offer to mitigate stye and/or milia reactions, including ensuring the eyelashes are cleaned thoroughly morning and night, using fresh, new mascara, eyeliner and makeup, reducing stress, etc. For those who may have eyelash extensions, there is another level of challenge to keeping the eyes free of bacteria.

If you have a chance to visit our website, science page (link located in the footer), you will see that we have clinical testing reports for efficacy, preservative challenge, Safety-In-Use, Irritation and sensitization. While I cannot predict how everyone will respond, I have done all that I can to deliver a product that meets dermatologically tested, Safe Science Standards. I do hope that our paths will cross again sometime and this was an anomaly for us both.

WOW FACTOR!

I don't believe this fantastic stuff. Its beyond anything I ever used for my eyebrow before. In two weeks I saw growth. It was amazing. I started to panic because they were growing to fast. Usually when I shave my eyebrows the take at least a month to start growing back but Nulastin serum for eyebrows, after I shaved my eyebrows, I started to see new growth in a week. Yes, that is right, a week. It startled me at first because they were growing to fast. Now I can shave my eyebrows a couple of times a month in different styles. Love it. I love it. This stuff is magic. I am 68.5 years old and my eyebrows grow faster now using nulastin then they did when I was young. Not only grow faster but darker. WOW!

Not good

This eyelash serum did nothing for my lashes. I decided to switch from Revivalash just out of curiosity. The application brush is very thin so you don't know if you are even getting any serum on your lashes. At the same time after 2 months I noticed not only no difference but my lashes appeared thinner than when I was using revivalash. So no I will not use this product ever again!

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. I would like to offer some insight in regard to product performance.

The eyelashes grow in stages, lasting 3-4 months.

- The first stage (anagen) is when your hair grows a little every day (30-45 days).
- The second stage (catagen) is the transition or regression phase when your hair follicles shrink, allowing the strands (bulb) to extend towards the surface (2-3 weeks).
- Third stage (telogen) is a resting phase. Your hair bulb is inactive and the hairs eventually fall out (+/- 100 days)
- Fourth stage (late telogen) is reassembly. This is where new follicles are formed. Think of it as the re-awakening process before the lashes start back into growth phase.

If the majority of your lashes and brows were in the third stage (for example), you may need to use the NULASTIN serum longer to see changes. Our professional guess is that you need more time.

Ugh!

I've used other serums including Latisse with good success. One night of Nulastin and my eyes turned bloodshot with a huge bloody spot in my right eye.It isn't painful and will likely resolve on its own, but this is hugely upsetting.

We pride ourselves on having a collection that is skin-safe, hypoallergenic and made with the highest quality ingredients. We would recommend that you stop using the serum and consult your doctor to ensure you are a good candidate for our product.

It sounds like you may be experiencing challenges acclimating to the formula? Our product is made fresh in small batches, and for that reason, it may initially be potent for certain individuals. Depending on your desires and the recommendations of your doctor, it may be possible to stop using the serum for a week or so until things calm down, and then reintroduce it using a very, very light application. A little goes a long way.

• It is best to use the serum on the base of the upper eyelashes.
• Apply the serum starting from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
• Do not apply it to the bottom lashes.
• To avoid discomfort, it should not touch the eye.
• If you keep your eye closed after applying, until the serum dries for a bit, that usually does the trick.

Our recommendation to those with sensitive eyes is to use the serum morning only (and not at night before bed), as the eyes seem to respond better. Nighttime is when the body repairs itself and this can cause your system to go into overdrive aggravating sensitivities.

Nothing in the tube

There was only a wee bit of anything in the tube. I was on a fb thread with others who had the same complaint. We were told we just weren't using the product correctly but no, there was barely any product in the tube. I know that was the issue because with the little that came out, I did see a bit of a result. Customer service should honor faulty tubes. I would have been a customer for life.

I was so pleased with the difference the eyebrow serum made for my brows that I had canceled my appointment to get eyebrow micro blading done about a year ago. It was actually pretty amazing and made a visible difference. I recently bought my third or fourth eyebrow and eyelash duo and have been using the products for over a year now. I noticed, however, that once in a while, my eyebrows would get flaky like dandruff. Once the flakes went away, I was good as new. A few weeks ago though, my eyebrows became irritated with crusty flakes, like even worse dandruff or cradle cap (if you have ever had a baby you know). I'm so sad that continuous use of this product (which is what they recommend if you want to maintain the growth) caused this, and I have no idea when my eyebrows will heal. The hair is getting thin and you can see the pink, irritated skin if you look closely.
