Very people would sneeze at the work being done by the NTSA to keep our roads safe. NTSA is one of the most efficient institutions in Kenya, and the most visible. However, they need to make their website user-friendly. It has been designed as if meant for use only by those very familiar with it, or those working in public service. They shouldn't be displaying their main site slab along the TIMS link on their home page. The home page should lead directly to the main site, and have TIMS under it
