No order receipt no tracking number no customer service number unless you do research and go through a million numbers to speak to someone who had bad customer service. Not advertised that you are being signed up for a trial. Must read terms and conditions to understand you are being robbed.

I tried it. Said I had 14 days to cancel. Product did not arrive within 14 days and I forgot about it. Turns out I had to call and cancel by 23 March.
Today is May 14. I just received an email that my account is on auto ship... I did not see that on the website when I ordered. Cost for product on auto ship is $75.
I should mention that after receiving the product late... its garbage. Does not work at all!

The company charged my credit card $95 for a product called Apex Plump on January 7th/2018 and I never received said product, shipping info, receipt of purchase or a reply from the customer service department to provide me with either proof of shipment or proof of refund. This is a fraudulent business. They give a free trial then when you call to cancel before the trial ends you have to wait 20 minutes in a queue only to be disconnected before you can speak to a representative. It took me three phone calls to cancel. When I finally got through to cancel they had already charged my card and claimed they shipped the product. The trial product was delivered in 6 days and I received an electronic receipt. Avoid doing business with National Supplement Beauty Solutions Ltd.
