I paid for LifeTime subsciption and now when I try to use the app, it asks me to register. I use the my email address, the one on the registration and the registration code they sent me. I get an error code that I have to use the email and registration code that I received by email - that is the ones I've been typing in for registration (again) and it won't let me register. The other option I have is I have to buy it again. Cheats, cheats and cheats.

0 stars. Selected 1 star because it is the lowest available and you have to select something. Program fails to download as advertised. Constantly fails. Noteburner refuses to refund money for technical issues with their program. No customer Service. Save your money because this program does not work properly.

This platform is the absolute best platform for spotify downloads to any music format. I have been a user for many years and I have never had any issues. The support team is great at assisting me with any queries or issues that I have. Shoutout to Iris as well for giving my most recent query a seamless solution.
Worth every penny!

My experience is excellent. The support is responsive and promptly addresses any shortcomings. I decided to purchase NoteBurner One, which supports various sources of recordings from YouTube to Tidal. In short, I am very satisfied; it's great.

I would give this software 5 stars. It really is amazing. Rips music and even maintains the track names and artist info. However... 1 month after installing (and using) the app on my PC, Spotify banned my account. When I contacted them, the operator said they detected an application was copying/ripping music. How this happened? I don't know. But the developers have to do something about it. Cancelled my sub and uninstalled.

In 2019 paid for a lifetime subscription of $59.95. Note Burner cancelled the subscription and denies I even have one. Emailed and received an answer with a "key code" that doesn't work.
Had to buy a one-month subscription and it worked. The following month billed my credit card but never got the "key code" to activate. Emailed them. Called credit card company and disputed the charge which they placed a "blocking".
What a fiasco this company is!

I purchased NoteBurner with hopes of it actually working. It ruined my MAC book. The hard drive — everything ruined. The file is so large and once converted the songs sound horrible. I reached out to customer service for a refund within the 5 days. The advised me they'd refund me - however they didn't they continued to bill me. Had to dispute the charges with my bank unfortunately

NoteBurner is a scam!
I paid for it and when I went to register with the code sent to my email, the code didn't work. I copy and pasted, made sure no extra spaces were copied at the beginning or end. It kept saying wrong code. I typed it in manually, same thing. I sent a message to support, didn't even get an automated message saying they received it and will review it. I also sent a note to Payhut, the company you pay through and noticed both their support looked exactly the same. I cancelled my subscription and even though on that page it says I am cancelled; I did not receive an email confirming the cancellation.
I went through their website, not a third party one to download NoteBurner.
(removed my email from photo and cut off the rest of the registration code. Wanted to show I did purchase it.)

I bought a one-year license for NoteBurner's Netflix Video Downloader, and in fact after using it for so long, I'm willing to buy a life-time license. The download speed is very fast, and it supports downloading movies in full HD quality. There are no ads during use, and it meets all my requirements! Will recommend to my friends.

The conversion speed is pretty fast but when switching from one song to the next it's a little bit slow. Is it NoteBurner's problem or Spotify's problem？ Except for this, Noteburner is really a good product.

I thought that this could be safe and I just bought a one month to try it out from them.
I didn't receive any confirmation email on my login so now I just spent 15 dollars on nothing.

It is a really useful tool. I absolutely love and use it constantly! And the support team is also helpful. I love to use it to download Spotify music with all the metadata saved the music to my computer. It is very easy.

Product worked as advertised for me, but I ended up getting my account suspended for using it. Generating stored content outside of Spotify's apps violates their Terms of Service.

I purchased this product in order to create MP3 for use in car rather than filling my iphone memory.

I then received the following e-mail from Spotify.

This company cannot be trusted. On their Facebook page they suggest you go to https://bit.ly/3DIwQOp to download their program, however this hosting site is notorious for it's malware. More importantly, the company is actually a front for a Chinese outfit with links to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). It's address is:

It is impossible to contact them directly. This mysterious office located in a large complex has no phone number or email address. Chinese friends have assisted me in my enquiries, and although we have located the actual physical place, no one ever appears to be there. Thus, you should seriously question Noteburners promotional claims to be "100% secure" and "trusted by millions".
