I want to say thank you Notarology for all your help for helping my daughter and I with our document signing Business. They were honest with us and worked hard on our behalf of starting our business, I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting into this business with a great company. We are located in Dalllas Texas and very busy. We have been notaries not putting our commission to good use now we are.

My name is June, I am ashamed to say that I worked for Notarology. I worked the phones for seven days, they won't pay me and have now changed their email. I am sick to my stomach that I played a part in convincing folks to invest with these people, please accept my apologies. Please check out the positive reviews, I suspect these were written by owners Claire/Heather, Robert and Linda.

WORST COMPANY
March 17, 2018

The best scammers you will ever incounter! The fastest thing they do in this company is process your credit card transactions! Their office and staff? Ya- two people and inside the owners home. What a joke. & then they dont pay their staff on top of the poor business ethic. Owner goes by 5 different names and makes applicants who are already qualified send resumes to a dead email. Pitty.

As others have mentioned here, this company is running a phony operation. I have tried to obtain a refund multiple times. I speak to the same woman everytime who states she passed my information along to the "other department" yet she can't give me any names or numbers/extensions to who she passed it along to... if she even actually passed my information along. When I told her (Linda) I wanted a refund and wasn't happy about the way I was being treated, she laughed at me.

Companies that operate this way should be investigated. SCAMMERS! Buyer beware!

These reviews don't lie. Their so-called "webinar" was nothing more than how to start your own business and become a notary. There was no information in there about how to access the signing agent course. They did not deliver on the services they had advertised. I later went through NNA, got certified and background checked and am now doing signings with an Attorney I do title work with.

When I filed a complaint with my bank over the transaction, they told the bank that they delivered the services. LIES LIES LIES! I want my money back!

I have been a notary for over 20 years and my wife wanted to get into document signings as well. I have been doing signings most of the past 14 years. The course is practical and the staff is helpful and friendly. I have been listed in various directories over the years and have seen the NNA try to monopolise even the notary directories. When someone writes a review and clearly tries to mention the NNA they are probably working for them. I have been charged 4x for courses online by the NNA messing my bank account and with their certification that they try to make it mandated along with background check every year. Oh yes and to be listed on their website as well. The same answers to the tests can be correct one year and than wrong the next.

Read the reviews and pay special attention to the positive reviews that were written by the owners, Linda, Robert, and Heather/Claire. They have changed their company name a few times... beware!

Bait and switch
January 11, 2018

I was desperately looking for work and came across Notarologies ad on indeed.com. They are scam artist to say the least! I spoke to Heather, who said they would keep me very busy in my area and that I needed to sign up with them in order to obtain the required training, so being desperate I paid over $500 for my notary (which they had no clue on how to process in my state, infact I had to do it all on my own), the "webinar" (with Linda was absurd, it wasn't informational whatsoever, only tells you how to access the online training and if you fail 3xs you have to pay again), Dona had no clue on how to keep track of emails and obviously they don't communicate with eachother because what Heather told me versus what dona was doing and knew were completely opposite. The website to sign up is ridiculous, it's a list of companies you have to apply for, which I was told they would help for the first 3. They need to be honest and their advertising should not mislead the public into thinking it's full time employment with them but as a contractor starting your own business. Karma!

Scammers gonna scam
March 5, 2018

They are selling the LSS training and trying to make it seem like NNA is irrelevant. They offer a widely available training system(LLS) but has nothing to do with notarologies "special training". Its completely bogus, B E W A R E!

Similar to many in the reviews, the company did not have credibility past the first phone call with me. Somehow I found their listings on Indeed about becoming a notary public. So, I ended up calling one day, and coincidentally got Heather on the phone. She almost started out the call as if she were interviewing me to determine if I was going to be a good fit as a loan signing agent?! So in other words, the barrier of entry was as though you were pass or fail to be accepted as one of the students to go through the notary course! That in itself should have been the only flag. Instead, because I believed I was talking to an industry professional, I agreed to purchase a course and supply package to the tune of $529.00. This turned out to be a bad investment. Honestly, I wish it was not so, but the course only has weight if you speak to the course administrator (Heather) and her "associated" customer service reps. There is absolutely no one in the industry that has ever heard of or dealt with this company. Additionally, I was supposed to receive additional support getting signed up with a few signing companies up front, but it was like pulling teeth after the credit card was processed. It is amazing that Heather had the nerve to call me one day to tell me "she ran a tight ship" and someone would be getting in touch with me soon. Weeks went by, and the crickets dominated the airways. At one point, I actually took liberty to order one of the items I paid for which was the E/O policy. Turns out they ordered it weeks past the initial inquiry without letting me know anything. Honestly, I was shocked at that, but not shocked at the fact that my order is still missing items such as a notary journal and support that was paid for well over two months ago! Customer service may as well be non-existent, and to think I reached out multiple times and even lied to about follow through. One of the "associates" name is Angela who had the nerve to say, "Oh ys, I have your emails right here. Please let me call you in 30 minutes so that I can focus only on you." The result was weeks going by and no response. In other words folks, do NOT take a chance on being disappointed, because that is what they specialize in here. Amazing to think that this company owner prides herself as a notary public... WoW.
