I'm no expert on chimney caps, but it arrived quickly, the transaction was easy. Would have given perfect 5 but the cap was dented along the top but the box/packaging was in good shape which tells me it was dented before it was packaged. But, dented chimney caps are not the worst thing in the world. No time to return it, got to get those contractors when you can! Doesn't look that bad from the ground up as it does up close:

Solved my problem quickly. Had a delivery problem which caused damage to first chimney cap. New one arrived is just a few days.

Good so far! HRW060ML 6000 Btu propane radiant heater for Alaska. Bought one last year, bought 3 more this years. Small space heaters. Work well, but no thermostat so you have to monitor heat, or accept what temperature it holds at.
Overall it was pretty good due to price compared to other brands/ sites
Great! So far, so good! Installation was extremely easy. My application was to cover a gas fireplace wall vent that mice had found as easy access into and out of the fireplace and birds loved to build nests at the top of it! Not any more……,

FedEx showed delivery of both boxes, however only one box had been delivered.
I called customer service about the issue and they got in touch with FedEx about the missing box.
They immediately sent out a replacement, while trying to figure out where the missing box went.
