The picture of the product I ordered wasnt delivered. I contacted the company and customer service told me they ran out of the black medal flexible pipe and sent me a silver one. I was advised to just spray paint it black. I asked the black flexible pipe to be sent to me and no one responded back after. I wouldnt recommend this company
I've had my eye on a heavy duty Fireplace grate ever since I came across Northline and their products. I finally pulled the trigger and bought a lifetime Fireplace grate and I was not disappointed. It's very heavy duty, exactly the size I needed. I'm very satisfied.

I appreciate the caution that was taken of the fact that the stove was being ordered from me with my home address and that the stove was being delivered to my work address. This flag your operator and there were extra measures taken from your staff to identify that this was a true order, and that the information was correct. The reason it was like this, is that it being delivered as a freight, and I would not have had a way to unload it at home. So, I had it delivered at work, where I could unload it with a fork truck and then transfer it to my pickup truck. I appreciate the value that your company put into seeing that this was all done correctly
