My husband and I are both tall and finding the lined adventure pants in a long length was great! The pants are warm, comfortable, and look great! Quite happy with the product and willing to try others models as well. Only negative was the shipping time - took almost a month to recieve our order, which is why I knocked off 1 star. But, the pants were worth the wait in the end...

Initially very quick responses on my original order for pants for my husband so ordered a pair for myself. The pair I ordered were to big so I wanted to exchange them for a smaller pair. The response time was very slow, even though I tried every avenue available to the customer, (vm, dm, e-mail) it was still over a week for any response to let me know how to exchange them and this was only because I made a comment on instagram. This has caused an unnecessary delay on me receiving the smaller size so I will likely miss having them on an upcoming trip I had wanted them for.

Order was received on time and as described. I haven't had a chance to wear them.

See how it goes. It cost us 24$ to ship back to Northbound so hopefully this pair fits otherwise that's almost $50 in shipping. The pants themselves are very well made and we love the material.

These pants fit big order a size smaller.If you need to return the process is brutal and crazy expensive. It took 3 weeks to receive after ordering with very few updates. We purchased because they are Canadian everything is made in China.

The Adventure pants are a quality product just as advertised I recommend them.

Shopping and communications are great, post this side of the pond (Royal Mail) is crap, but love the quality of your gear. Many thanks Dave & Shirley.

Pants seem to be of quality construction and sizing is accurate. Be prepared for a long wait for delivery.

Being a big outdoors fella I was excited to try out my new gear. Not disappointed, very comfortable and warm during these cold winter months. Overall a very happy customer.

This order took forever to arrive, not mentioned in the advertisement. But am overall happy with the product.

Did not receive when promised. Fortunately I ordered well in advance of the birthday it was intended for.

The delivery was quicker than expected and the products 2 x weatherproof trousers green and came are brilliant. Warm, comfortable and weatherproof, I now have these trousers in all 4 colours and until the weather gets really warm, when I switch to my lightweight northbound gear trousers, I will wear them almost every day.

I received an email from you after 3 weeks of ordering to thank me for the order, which is actually the day I received the product. It's been returned since then as it's to large.
