Easy and clear website and really good quality products. Free shipping to the UK is a big plus too. I do need to return the item as they do not fit my wife.
I am awaiting response to my 'return request'.

I ordered a pair of pants on January 30th... it is now March 3rd and I still haven't received them. They were sent on a slow boat from China... literally. I think if you sell higher end items, then maybe you should keep a few in stock State-Side, otherwise it is saving money at consumer's expense. Also, their website talks about supporting Indian farmers and contributing to that worthy cause, but their products are shipped from China (not India); which means they are also manufactured in China... That seems misleading at best... So far I haven't been impressed with any actual performance since I still haven't received what I ordered and therefore can't even speak to the quality or lack there of, of their products. Only that their order performance gets an "F"

Great pants … but I could have ordered about 2 sizes down from my usual pant size. A bit loose. Also, they truly are a high waist cut so if you are 5' like me be forewarned! Lol

Shipping was quick, product was fine but fits much more generously than my first pair. Same size, different colour and high waist but seems too big.

Sizes are quite large but gear is very solid.
I expected it to be a little warmer but works perfectly for active lifestyle, tested in Lapland winter.

Have truly enjoyed my previous order of Northbound Gear pants. Awesome product! So I just ordered a second pair in a new color as well as a belt.

I was surprised to learn that the goods were manufactured in China not Canada. Your website needs to be clear about this as I buy Canadian!

The mens jacket stated size was xxxl. Trust me, it was a large...

Took absolutely ages for delivery. It is not made clear when ordering that delivery is from Canada and if you want to return you have to pay for return shipping to... Canada. Quality of jacket is not good - loose stitching, hood way too small, side pockets that you can't get your hands in, arms are too tight. Had to order a size up - based on the reviews Only good thing is the material. If I could afford to send it back then I would. Also ordered a hat which is OK but it doesn't have a label for washing instructions. Here in the UK we expect items of clothing to have washing details and information about what it is made from and country of manufacture.

These are in fact my fourth Northbound Gear product - I now have two pairs of summer explorer trousers (pants), one pair of Adventure trousers and an Apex Waterproof jacket. ALL items are brilliant and have met with my expectations.

I purchased this new pair as we were spending a few days in Barcelona and I wanted some light trousers, easy to pack, with zipped pockets. I wore them during the day for four days and clocked up nearly 60km of walking in them - they were very comfortable, looked smart but were also practical.

I'm back buying a second pair of the adventure pants!
Best all around pants I've ever owned for outdoor activities!

The items were not in stocked at the time of order but did have an expected delivery time frame and Yes my package arrived in that time frame.

Bought these for my husband, he loves them. He was looking for a warmer option to his thin hiking pants but didn't seem to like anything he saw in store. I saw an Instagram ad and thought they would be perfect. They are!

I have ordered 2 pairs of trousers in the last year or so. I love them and wear them virtually every day. I have one pair in black and one in green. The first pair are a bit long in the leg, my fault when ordering.
They are very warm and comfortable, perfect for walking my dog, wildlife photography and other outdoor activities

A quality experience and a quality pants. Excellent fabric, very well made. Fit through waist and hips is perfect. Only drawback is that I don't love the way the leg line, not quite streamlined or flattering. Will probably still keep.

Très bon suivi de commande. Aucun problème de livraison. Je ne peux juger le produit qui ne m'était pas destiné... je reviendrai sur le site dans quelques temps pour le faire.

Products are great so far. The jeans were a little too big but that is my mistake.
