First off.I Do like the 2 prs of pants. However, shipping took so long that I was back from my hiking trip before they even arrived.
Still waiting to hear if pants in my husband's sizes are available. Have been checking Weekly for about 2 months now…

A bit of a long delivery lead time. Love the jacket.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet or test out its durability. Seemed well made with an inner lining and was quite comfortable to wear (only tried it on...couldn't use it). I usually wear pants that are size 32x32 and ordered the same but they were a little loose for me. Needed to size down to a 30 (waist)x32(in seem) instead and have shipped back my pants. Given the relatively longer shipping times, not sure I'm going to get a replacement before my hiking trip. If you can get this on sale for CAD 120ish, totally worth it. Anything more than that...not sure.

Love the products. Ordered a pair of the adventure pants. Incredibly warm and cozy and comfortable. Promptly ordered about another three or four pairs (still waiting on the summer pants so not sure of their quality/comfort yet) and the jacket and am pretty much in them all the time.

Only complaint is the web site hangs up some times at the check out page when signed in. Click the buy now button and the circle spins and doesn't advance- so have to check out as a guest. And delivery takes a bit longer than preferred. Don't expect to get them in a couple of days- seems to take about 4-5 weeks as they're coming direct from China.

But all that being said- worth the hang ups and slow delivery. Took the dogs for hikes in the snow and was perfectly warm. Absolutely recommend them.

Just have to lose a few pounds, otherwise the pants are awesome :P

Got the two pairs of gloves and everything is as expected

I ordered the weatherproof tactical jacket and unfortunately the smallest size was a bit too big for me (I'm a female 170 cm tall and thin but not skinny). I'm a little disappointed that their sizes for this jacket do not cater to women adequately. But the jacket itself is great! Supreme quality and worth the price. Unfortunately I had to return it.

Bought the Explorer summer men's pants. Size 34 waist and 32 leg as I usually buy(actually I get 33/32 in most cases when 33 waist is available). Waist was ok ( note they come with elastic band) however crotch was abnormally long resulting in length from crotch (drooping) to leg bottom resulting in baggy fitting in front and a longer than normal length.

Northbound's policy says one had to pay for return if not defective, and after several discussions the manufacturer said not defective.

Return postage costs were $21 plus tax so makes a return hardly cost effective with this cost and $5 fee for return. So not returned and I'm out $100.

These pants might fit you if you like them as high riders and/or have at least a 33 leg length. Otherwise choose another design and clothing supplier.

Great shopping experience and love that you plant a tree. I love that your company plants a tree for every purchase.

Nice looking jacket but fits small. I wear a Large but the jacket fits tight like a Medium. Not sure if I'm willing to purchase a larger jacket.

As I have purchased several items from you I was not surprised by how long delivery took. Wish you could speed it up through customs.

Couple of issues with my experience. I saw a pair of lovely walking trousers on social media and linked to order on line. An intro discount voucher was offered so I filled in the detail but the 20% off voucher never arrived. I ordered the trousers anyway, spent £80 and took a while to arrive. They were lovely but too big so I wrapped them up hoping to get a replacement. That's when I discovered that I had to pay for return postage to Canada from the UK at a cost of £18. I contacted customer service and cancelled my replacement. Overall disappointed with the wasted time.
