Needed a hard to find replacement blower motor for my furnace. North American HVAC had the correct part in stock from a quality manufacturer. It was not cheap but was the lowest price I could find online. I called and left a voice mail the night before. They texted me to verify details literally 1 minute after opening the next morning. The order was ready within 30 minutes. Installed the motor (DIY, not a pro) and it works perfectly.

They say that they have the parts in stock and that if you pay for expedited shipping it will go out same day with two day shipping. Then while they try to locate the parts to drop ship your order it will continue to say processing until finally after a few days they will give you a 6 week turnaround. They do not have a real phone line, it's chat only and they are extremely rude. Go to supplyhouse.com or Technicalhotandcoldparts.com or anyone else but them to avoid deceptive practices. They are true scammers.

After trying to find the right part online myself, I decided to contact northamericahvac.com via e-mail to help me obtain a replacement gas valve for my water heater. They responded with a new manufacturer part number even though they did not carry the part and would not be getting any order from me. I immediately located the part for purchase elsewhere. I certainly appreciate that they took the time to help me.

Found these guys on Amazon and ordered a (cheap) "open-box" humidistat to replace my "faulty" unit. Open-box part arrived quickly but was dead-on-arrival. NA HVAC paid return shipping and sent a "sealed-box" replacement at no charge, how great is that! Turns out that new part, although was working perfectly, did not fix problem. Problem turned out to be a VAC tech who (for some reason) cross-wired the furnace power wires before winter season which cause humidistat output relay to not activate. Reversing the 2 leads (wiring the green wire to the terminal marked "R" at the humidistat) fixed the problem and I put my original unit back in service. Upon attempt to return this second unit, Amazon informs me that I need to pay return postage. I actually WANT the seller to charge me a restocking fee because it should not be a burden to NA HVAC for my mistake.
In summary, this seller, contrary to other reviews, did well for me and I would again buy from them

Tip for consumers:
Be careful of "open-box" items with discounted price. My first shipment from them was defective upon arrival and (I later found out) was missing some parts. This doubled the time to repair. Saving a few dollars and delaying fixing the problem for a few weeks just isn't worth it.
Seller exchanged the defective "open-box" for a "seal-box" unit without charging me the difference. I consider that "a good company to work with".
After the replacement part arrived, I found furnace wiring mistake!

Our Condenser fan went out on Labor Day. After trying a new capacitor we ordered a Condenser Fan motor from Them. Shipping said we wouldn't get it till Monday the 14 but on Friday the 11th it was in our mailbox. 30 minutes later our ac was up and running. Cannot believe all these bad reviews, we had top-notch service! Thank you!

I think is company is a great alternative for someone trying to order parts or make repairs on their own. I was told the part i needed was $850 by two trusted sources, i was getting a little worried because that did not include having anyone do the work. I took a risk and took apart my unit and diagnosed the blower motor was broken and couldnt find the part anywhere because it needed special programming. They even called me to confirm my model and serial number to ensure the motor would work correctly with my exact unit. When i found the part on N. A. HVAC they said it was a replacement for the part i needed and their price included the programming. They sent it over within 3 days (they offered 2-5 day shipping at a reasonable charge). I am very pleased with this company and it will be the first place i check for any future HVAC work i end up tackling on my own. I estimate i saved about $1200 since they were able to get the part to me for about $350 and i was able to do the repair on my own.

Ordered two Rheem furnace parts and got them in 4 days. When I had questions tech support came through with the right answers. Will use NAHVAC in the future.

I almost ordered from AMAZON, but decided to contact North America HVAC's website. I pulled up their chat box, and the service was wonderful. The man checked and rechecked the furnace motor that I needed as well as the capacitor. I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered to my home on Thursday. I installed the motor and capacitor Friday morning... the motor is heavy duty and runs wonderfully well. We have a furnace and air conditioning again. The best part is I spent about $360.00 with the parts, shipping etc. My local HVAC company was going to charge me $1,260.00 for the same thing. Do I think North American HVAC is great... yes.

My furnace went out and I needed a part immediately. I found this place. I was hesitant after reading the bad reviews but gave it shot anyways. I'm glad I did! Great service, fast shipping, part fit perfectly.

First off, I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. I ordered my hvac parts on a Wednesday afternoon, and customer service told me they would ship it out that afternoon (because my A/C was out in 115 degree weather and I needed them fast). I honestly didn't expect my shipment for a few days, but wouldn't you know it arrived Friday afternoon. They were the exact parts I ordered and the price was exceptional! No, I am not being paid to say this, I am TOTALLY impressed. Thank you NorthAmericaHVAC!

I had a contactor burn up in my air conditioner because the ground wire somehow came lose. It has been very hot and I needed one as soon as possible. I found northamericahvac.com and found the right match for my contactor and purchased it on Sunday. I received it on Wednesday and was exactly as what I ordered. Now I am cool again and all is well.

Finding the right parts for your AC can be very hard and most hardware stores don't have a very big selection if any. I found that northamericahvac.com made it easy and fast. I will be using them again next time I need replacement parts.
