Needed a hard to find replacement blower motor for my furnace. North American HVAC had the correct part in stock from a quality manufacturer. It was not cheap but was the lowest price I could find online. I called and left a voice mail the night before. They texted me to verify details literally 1 minute after opening the next morning. The order was ready within 30 minutes. Installed the motor (DIY, not a pro) and it works perfectly.

They say that they have the parts in stock and that if you pay for expedited shipping it will go out same day with two day shipping. Then while they try to locate the parts to drop ship your order it will continue to say processing until finally after a few days they will give you a 6 week turnaround. They do not have a real phone line, it's chat only and they are extremely rude. Go to supplyhouse.com or Technicalhotandcoldparts.com or anyone else but them to avoid deceptive practices. They are true scammers.

Shipped correct part but overcharged on shipping. Refused refund saying delivery was fast enough (took 4 days instead of 2 days). Claims to be religious but are scamming customers out of priority mail fees. Ordered from the Ebay site of NorthAmericaHVAC.com (bluestang5)

Ordered a motor and the main shaft would not turn, had to use pliers. I am an electrician. They would not replace because they said I was not an a/c technician. Also there is a 20% restocking fee and a 50% charge at their discretion if they they want. Check their return policy before you buy and be cautious. Amazon handles a lot of their products too but you have to go through NAHVAC to return something, not amazon.

I purchased a pan for a goodman model u32 coil that sits above the heating chamber of my gas furnace. Found out afterwards that there are different pans for the u32 coil depending on the temperature application; mine was wrong. Not an ounce of info on their site to let me know this beforehand. Now I'm stuck with restocking fee and shipping. They said I ordered the wrong part!. They didn't know there were differences till I questioned them about it and they called goodman. Experts?-BS.

I ordered 2 parts, one is correct and one is wrong. They are not responding to my emails. I'm giving them 2 stars only because they got it to me fast. I'll update if they ever respond, not hold my breath.

First HVAC part was received damaged. House had been 89 degrees for 4 days with two small children present. Had to pay out of pocket for expedited shipping for replacement part AND was not refunded the full shipping for return of damaged part EVEN after following instructions. Nikki in customer service has spent much time and energy fighting my requests for full refund of my shipping. One email I received blamed the post office for overcharging me. I suggest buying from someone else to avoid paying much more than expected in the end. Great prices and good customer service until something goes wrong. I think the onwers - Donald, Debora, and Joseph Russell need better customer service.

Bad experience... purchased an ECM motor. P/N ordered was a -08 and P/N sent was a -00. Plain shipping box with no manufactures name or paperwork, only P/N ordered written on the box. Of course the motor didn't work. I went and bought a tester to test the motor to be sure. I now have to forfeit 50% since I installed the motor for the return. Had to deal with Customer service through email. Never again!

I bought new washing machine inlet valve ******* for $18.95, and it leaks. I will buy another valve from someone else and skip dealing with North American HVAC.

Don't bother if you need your item in a timely fashion. Horrible shipping, but they gladly take your money to ship it fast. 5 day shipping was 14 days.
