“Poor ethics, paid for priority mail but shipped ground advantage, claimed "fast enough"”

Shipped correct part but overcharged on shipping. Refused refund saying delivery was fast enough (took 4 days instead of 2 days). Claims to be religious but are scamming customers out of priority mail fees. Ordered from the Ebay site of NorthAmericaHVAC.com (bluestang5)
