Just received a new. 925 Sterling silver Mjolnir Pendant and chain. Wonderfully made, great detail. Price was reasonable and the delivery very quick. Overall, am a very happy camper.

The armband is beautiful, a little bigger than I thought, but I am very happy. I would be happy for a suggestion how to fit it to my arm tho as it's a little too big and I'm afraid it will fall off in my work.
I got this as a gift for my husband and it's absolutely gorgeous. I would have given 5 stars but it is small for a size 12 and I'll have to figure out how to go about switching it out for a bigger size.
I payed for shipping insurance but my package was delivered to the wrong address. They take no responsibility and made me go through USPS, unfortunately they used 1st class mail without insurance so I can't even collect a refund on the value of my product.
Update:
I was forced by the company to open a second ticket when I completed my attempt thru USPS as no one was responding to the first ticket. USPS marked the package as delivered but there is no guarantee whatsoever it arrived at my specific address, they do try but mistakes happen. I searched everywhere and spoke to my neighbors. The envelop never arrived. I received a replacement eventually thanks to my second ticket report. Yay my money was not wasted. Note the envelope fit neatly into my mailbox so it could not be stolen, as if it had been delivered properly the mail slot opens into my house! It was miss delivered the first time. You can not report a package stolen without proof of theft to the police, there has been no string of package theft in my area and no one saw a package removed from my porch, an why it would be on my porch when it would fit in the mail slot I'm not sure but it's the only way it could be taken. My only option after speaking to the Spokane police department was to dispute delivery. I can not file claims with USPS if the company does not pay shipping insurance with USPS which is apparently not an option. Look at the claim site, enter tracking info if not insured it will not allow you to file a claim. Which leaves these dispute delivery arrangements as a loop hole for unhappy customers trapped in it. You don't normally provide replacements according to your customer service. Which would have left me with nothing. I can not be happy about the short sight, I'm just glad to receive something, it's beautiful as well but I pity anyone trapped by this delivery dispute. Your proof of delivery is faulted by the human elements in it and failure to insure packages thru USPS so you are not stuck with the need to replace anything. People could be refunded the value of the lost item. Offer USPS insurance as an option.
We are sorry you have felt it necessary to leave us such a poor review. As the owner of the company I need to set the record straight and put our side of the story and also correct several inaccuracies in your review. Your order was posted to your shipping address within 24 hours of you placing the order with us. Tracking via the USPS website clearly shows that it had been delivered a few days later.
You sent in a support ticket to say that you hadn't received it which was answered within 24 hours by our support team (no emails were ever blocked as you say in your review). As is normal in these situations we requested that you search around your property, contact neighbors and if necessary contact USPS. There was never any suggestion that we wouldn't deal further with you (in fact our email said to contact us back once you had spoken with USPS). I have no idea what you mean by providing 'proof of their short site'. There was no additional 'proof' supplied and as already stated, your parcel was shipped to the address you gave us and according to USPS, was delivered there.
Insurance will cover you for theft, loss or damage in transit but no insurance can cover the situation where the tracking clearly shows that the parcel has been delivered to the correct address.
As a company we pride ourselves on our customer service and there are many, many reviews supporting this so it's always sad to see a customer of ours who is dissatisfied with our efforts.

Received my items in the mail sooner than expected. The items were just as pictured on the website and came in nice velvet pouches.
I have been sized by jewelers many times and I am a size 10. So I bought a size ten and their size chart is off according to their chart I'm a 9
Hi Thomas, the sizing chart that we use is a commonly available size chart used by many jewellers and is not specific to us. The difference in size between a size 9 and a size 10 is very small and even within the same ring size. Small variations still exist even when using the same mould. If you purchased a ring from us that doesn't fit, please reach out to our support team and they will exchange it for you no problem.

I stumbled upon this website on a whim. Looking for a torc (which I had found and ordered and recieved) and earrings. Now there was a problem (which i won't go into detail) but after communicating with customer service they remedied my situation very professional and courteous and I am very satisfied with EVERYTHING

We ship out items as fast as we can (usually within 24 hours) & if you're looking for items to arrive by Christmas, any of our items showing as in stock should be OK (as long as USPS do their bit). Please note that printed items such as mugs and t-shirts need to be printed offsite before being despatched and therefore it is much less likely that these items will arrive in time for the holidays.
