Very good effective product, use it diluted in my disabled sons clothes and all the urine and stool orders are gone. Have also used to just soak the clothes, only thing I wish it wasn't so expensive, because without it, the clothes would not smell clean, I highly recommend Odoreze consentrate.

Great service but haven't used the product yet as we are waiting for the injured mouse that dragged a trap until released into a very small crack behind our bathroom sink. So far no smell and we may have caught several mice and seem to have made a difference as we haven't seen any for days going on a week.

Looks like I will love the product. But I thought I was able to use a coupon code and it wasn't valid. That was disappointing

.. tried to call Customer service... i wish you had the large bag next to another object to understand the size. Hoping it is not to big for a normal size refrig.

The delivery took a little longer because of the unusual circumstances right now. But I am still satisfied with my service. I look forward to a fresh smelling basement!

I received an email about being put on a mailng list right in the middle of placing my order--a bit confusing.

I would have liked to speak to someone but there was no one available when I called. It was a Saturday morning.

Received my order in good time but I haven't used it long enough to see how well it works. I sure hope it does because my car stinks.

Had some trouble finding cat odor products. Found the granules easily but had to hunt for the pouch.

Did not receive the promised email confirmation with shipping info, so called customer service and never got a response.

The smell has now vanished in about 1-2 days. I am not sure if it would have dissipated anyhow but the smell is gone. I do think your price is a little high though!

The NoOdor.com website was easy to use and the product came quickly. This is my first time using the product so I'm looking forward to trying it out.

It seems to be working as expected but too soon to make further comments. Regarding its appearance it is lightweight and silent. Nice that it also has a nightlight option.

When product first arrived I was shorted 1. I called customer service and received the product in 2 days. I am a happy customer.

Website a little different - rather than having a full product list - you type your "odor issue" into a search box. A little hard to figure out at first - I would have preferred a list of products - sorted by odor issue

I found what I needed quickly and easily through their website and ordering was as quick and easy as finding the product

Need a method to alter the order without going all the way back to start. You could have had an order for two containers instead of one!

Happy to find these, but prefer cool white (daylight). Apparently you no longer make the cool white. I hope they'll perform as advertised. I love the idea that the bulb kills bacteria, odors and smoke. Thank you, great idea for a product to help the environment.

I can't comment on the actual product yet because we haven't had it long enough. It arrived very quickly from the supplier.
