It was fine - choose USPS for shipping - they send it USPS even if you choose UPS ground and charge you more for it.

Needed to get rid of smoke smell, tried smoke/industrial pouches. 8 pouches for a living room, kitchen, stairwell and it did really nothing. So bummed. Had high hopes for this. Dont know what to do now.

Received product in timely fashion. Feel product is overpriced. In process of using product now. Hope it works!

A lot of useful information, quick and very easy to order. I have only had it for a few days, however, it appears to be working!

Everything was fine. I didn't like the price at first until I learned that it is reusable.

Advertised that this was for 300 sq ft area. Package received says it is for 100 sq ft. That is disappointing.
