The customer service is always phenomenal, and the belts last such a long time! I've never seen my allergic reaction return after using these belts.
Some styles the tongues fall out and are a pain every time your go to fasten. Carbon fibre buckle fail miserably soon after warranty runs out. Be aware not all buckle tongues are attached.
Love the belt! The belt is just as described. I will recommend your company to other people who have trouble finding nickel free belts.
The NoNickel apparel line is fantastic. I own a few things from them, and they are all of wonderful quality and adorable design! Also excellent are the rates!

Leather was solidly built and could tell it was genuine. Also the composite buckle well built!. Overall the belt is light but good in quality.
We bought 2 nickel free belts within a year and both belts fell apart without warning. Both belts were warranty replacement guarantee belts if they fell apart for normal wear. The first time it happened we just went ahead and bought another one. The second time it happened we notified the company and the owner mike said he would send us the bolts to fix it instead of replacing it like the guarantee stated. First off I'm not in the belt making industry and secondly I bought it bc of the warranty. We bought the belt May 2nd and by September 20th it had fallen apart. I explained to him that he needed to honor his guarantee and send a new belt. He then said I could pay to ship it back to him and he would fix it. Really bad business. Then he decided to get nasty via email with my wife when she messaged about the item. I will never buy another item from this company. They are false advertising and taking advantage of people in the process and they have a total disrespect for customer service. Please stay away from this company if you care about your money and customer service. They are running a scam on buyers.

I ordered the wrong size, but the replacement was handled with no difficulties. They even added extra holes per my request. I'd been worried that zinc might not be a good metal for a buckle, but it's strong and looks very good. I'll shop here again.
The buckle scratched immediately. Now it looks copper because the silver plating is mostly off of it. But it is a work belt, so that doesn't matter too much, however, for people who are in an office setting or a place where appearance matters, I am sure they would be upset about the buckle scuffing so easily.
