“I am very happy with the end results”

Muhammad Q.
7/8/22

I had some serious doubts when I was trying to manage my business overseas and properties. I wanted a company that will help me set things up properly. But it was not an easy thing to do. I read Nomad Capitalists by Andrew Henderson and I really liked his approach. Finally, end up using the services from the company and I am very happy with the end results.

Warning! Please stay away from Nomad. They are heartless and basically took nearly $30,000 from us, which led to another $8,000+ in costs trying to recover it. If you like burning money and time, work with Nomad... and have Nomoney.
Nomad Capitalist/Andrew Henderson was hired to help us navigate the complex tax burden incurred from our planned emigration. This process was dependent on the imminent sale of our business—a detail Nomad knew about. The situation was further complicated by our young child's unexpected and frighteningly lengthy hospital stays during this period. The situation was further complicated by our young child's unexpected and scary lengthy hospital stays during this period.
I honestly was initially excited, swayed by the positive buzz around Andrew, naively ignoring the negative reviews. I even ordered his books and watched his youtube quite a lot. I thought there was a passion for independence and self-autonomy there and appreciated it, thinking we were like minded. The salesperson was personable and made us feel cared for, yet, after paying and meeting Andrew, he made us think we might not be the right fit for their program, yet sent us through.
We found ourselves being passed around to different nonchalant advisors, and the sweet, kind, helpful salesperson was unable to assist us, nor was Andrew. They ended up wasting our time with multiple discovery meetings, which was incredibly frustrating with all that was going on.
Then, our business deal collapsed. Before signing anything with Nomad, we had informed the team that selling in our market is tricky and could take years—a fact they were aware of, and that we couldn't move until the business was sold. Adding my child's severe and recurrent hospitalizations, I realized it could take years to find another buyer, and that their advice would eventually become irrelevant. So I asked for a partial refund. If this would have happened, I might of considered using them again when I sold my business, but after this ordeal, I want to warn everyone to stay away from them.
As a business owner myself, I understood there were costs on their end, but since we hadn't really used their services, I thought this was reasonable. However, they outright refused, stating their policy against refunds, and that we signed a contract that said there were no refunds. Low and behold, it is in the fine print, seriously... I couldn't believe that they wouldn't compromise as they literally provided nothing and I was asking for a partial refund. But they were firm on the "policy." I understand having a tight refund policy and saying there aren't any, but I'm compassionate and can make exceptions for special circumstances. However, Nomad does not operate like that. These are not the people you want to work with.
They temporarily paused our sessions, as a "courtesy," giving the option to continue in a 2-3 months. Which I told them was pointless cause it is unlikely that I will find a buyer in that time. When I reached out later, I got no response, so I sought legal help. I couldn't believe they could walk away with our money like that. My lawyer was clear that their actions were indefensible and figured that they would be reasonable if he spoke to them. They ignored his attempts to reach out. Only after we threatened legal action, did their lawyer get in touch, threatening to sue us for their legal costs. Unbelievable.
Their attitude shifted drastically post-payment—from supportive to dismissive. This experience has taught us to scrutinize the fine print, learning it the hard way. Their no return policy, contradicts numerous online testimonies of people receiving refunds, something never disclosed in our interactions, and is unreasonable.
Amidst this ordeal, our child faced multiple hospitalizations. Nomad, fully aware of our circumstances, showed no empathy. Though a lawsuit might be in our favor, the additional time and expense involved are daunting, which is likely what they're counting on. We're now considering a class action lawsuit, as it seems we're not alone in this situation. Many have been disappointed by Nomad. Considering the wealth of information and AI advancements available online, their services seem almost redundant now. I regret not paying attention to a warning review I found at nomadcapitalistscam.com
You have been warned. If they treat people like this, it is likely their advise and organizations will be poor also.

Tip for consumers:
no, except I am really sad they did this to us. not cool. We were not treated the best.

100% regret the decision to give them a $24,000 deposit which they are refusing to return, even though I have written proof that they provided me with incorrect information.

These negative comments are all true. They will delete comments that they can, but trust your gut. They hide the fact that they charge $24,000 USD for a PDF and then want to charge you over $50,000 to complete the plan. Costing over $70,000 in total.

Before proving me with my PDF, they quoted me incorrect information about how long I was able to reside in Canada. I called the CRA because I knew that what Nomad Capitalist was telling me didn't seem right, sure enough, it was false information and I was about to move my life to a new country based on this false information.

Please please please avoid this company at all costs. There are other companies out there. I'm now working with tax lawyers in Canada, the USA and Europe that know exactly what is going on and how to properly handle my situation. Do not waste your time or your money.

In our initial call I was quoted $24,000 USD to establish a new tax residency. I took the cautionary step of confirming by email that this $24K would cover not only the planning document, but all steps required to actually obtain the new tax residency. Nomad Capitalist confirmed this in writing. They said they needed the money upfront to proceed and I sent it. After the money was sent, I was informed that it would actually cost $59,000 USD, in other words an additional $35K to proceed. No reason was given for the almost 150% price increase. When I said this was unreasonable and in breach of their promise to me and asked for my money back, I was first ghosted for a number of weeks and then informed that the $24K I had already sent was non-refundable. A pretty standard bait-and-switch scam, the only difference here being that they've done a great job of marketing themselves as trustworthy via their books/podcasts/Youtube videos, etc, so I trusted them. Don't fall for it!

Do yourself a favour and steer as clear as you can from these guys. There are plenty of trustworthy local experts in whatever jurisdiction you're interested in moving to, and those local experts will know people in your home country to help you on that side as well.

Tip for consumers:
Steer clear!

I want to warn people to avoid NC at all costs! While there are people with good things to say, most of them just do mot know they have been scammed. RED FLAGS are they demand money be paid before they start work, and their offices are in 3 rd world nations. They promise almost anything until you send them the money. Then you get a pretty written plan that sounds very impressive until you try to apply it. Then you find its based on old and false information. They promised me in writing clients were free to tell about our experience, but I saw the contract forbids it! So RUN AWAY from this lying deceptive company.
To respond to Nomad, I begged for amendments to make things workable, but Nomad refused, and blocked me on Telegram. I've sent many emails, but no response. Nomad just did not want to put in much effort. Also, I see them still putting out OLD info on Georgia, and Serbia. Prices can be over 5 times higher now because of the Ukraine war. Also, Serbs HATE every single person from US, UK, countries that were part of intervening in the wars in the 90s. I checked it out, and IF you are US, you will hear about it all the time, no matter how much you apologize. Nomad should at least make their customers aware of this, stop hiding it. Serbia is now VERY UNSTABLE, but you won't see videos from them about it.

Tip for consumers:
They try hard and even threaten customers to silence bad reviews so you rarely hear them.

Hello Jenifer,

Our strategy plans are customized to every client, and we take into account all of the relevant and legal information required to design strategies that help our clients achieve their global goals. Should you feel you have been presented with something that isn't implementable, we will cover this and always make reasonable adjustments. I can assure you that our offices are located strategically for many of our clients, like Georgia, which is a beneficial place for many seeking tax-beneficial residency with low-stay commitments. We are proud to support these nomad-friendly destinations and don't consider them to be 3rd world at all.

We are pleased to support our clients globally with offices worldwide, and we are disappointed you chose not to proceed with your strategy or work with us to mediate amendments.

Paid $18,000 to get white glove service and a personalized plan. What I received was missed meetings, ignored emails, a complete lack of respect and a very generic plan worth basically nothing. Incredibly disappointed. Never felt more cheated before in my life

After Andrew's team missed calls with me (they literally stood me up on planned calls), there was no way I had confidence to hire him to actually implement my plan.

Here's the deal: Andrew Henderson is a marketer who makes YouTube videos where he sells fear. He funnels that fear into a stream of people looking for help who he cheats out of their money. Because he's international, he has no fear about cheating you. He does it with impunity and could care less about his clients.

Avoid Nomad Capitalist and Andrew Henderson at all costs. They are scammers looking to make a quick buck. Unfortunately I was the sucker this time. But hopefully this review helps others avoid this con man

Tip for consumers:
Nomad Capitalist is a scam artist that will literally steal your money and then ignore you. Avoid them and you won't be out $18,000 like I am

Hi Sarah,

We don't have a record of anyone matching your stated name as a client, nor do we have an indication of anyone at the time of your leaving this review who indicated any level of dissatisfaction with their Plan. We strive to be available for questions and feedback after all Plans are delivered to ensure client satisfaction and clarity. We are also unaware of any time when anyone on our team "stood up" a client, other than rare time zone confusions.

Every Plan is compiled with input from professionals (ie: tax advisors) who assist in plan creation, which is then aggregated from our side. We're sorry that you feel the Plan is "basic"; again, we are always available after all engagements to improve upon any areas clients ask about, and we also try to present facts in a straightforward way free of industry jargon.

There are many aspects that go into each Plan and every client will have a different level of complexity overall depending on their stated needs. Our goal is to provide a unique, holistic service; we are unable to comment on your specific case for the reasons stated above but would be happy to discuss it with you in person.

We are proud of our overall high client satisfaction rate and the numerous professionals who contribute to each Plan.

Have been in human behaviour psychology for most of my life and can tell you 100% that Andrew Henderson is a narcissist and a scan artist. Has he helped people, I'm sure he has but figure this out. You pay $24k to get a "plan" that is tailored to you. Then you have seven days to decide to move forward with the plan in order to use some of the money towards the plan implementing. IF you don't, if a family member dies and you can make it, you are out of luck. So no matter what you are out $24k for a plan that honestly is totally worthless. It's a completely waste of time/money as most of the information you can find on your own. The plan itself is worth maybe $2500-5000...maybe, the rest is just profit as they are literally taking items they've already told to others and just putting the same thing together for you. It's not specialized towards you at all, just generalized again based upon a set of metrics that you specifically want. These metrics are the same for others, so again, they are taking previous info and just putting it together based upon you. It's not like any new information is being presented that is so earth shattering, no one else has it. THEN if you complain about the process and the money you spend, they complain back and come with any reason possible that you are wrong. And no, you never get your money back. I am working to find the other suing Andrew Henderson and Nomad and will join them. Also, may take a trip to Georgia to talk to Mr Henderson in person with a few friends.

Now, I'm sure Nomad will come on here and claim "Mr so and so, we don't recognize your name in our database..." which is just their way of trying to defect in a very poor childlike way.

Three interactions with this company:

1. I had an intake appointment and no one showed up for the call. I emailed and complained twice and got no response.
2. I wired money for the Nomad Capital Event and two weeks later was told that they had to refund my money because the event was for "new and prospective clients". When I emailed back and said I am a new and prospective client they said "sorry for the inconvenience" and offered no other explanation.
3. They asked me to email my account and wire information in an unsecured email to issue a refund! This is a WARNING SIGN TO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

The objective definition of stupidity is when a person or company harms themselves and hurts their clients,. By this definition Nomad Capitalist is STUPID.

I was first referred to Nomad Capitalist via a friend in mid-2019.

After watching several videos and reading several of their articles, I decided to apply. I was later "accepted" and began going through the first couple of typical sales calls.

At the end, I paid roughly $40K for a plan that included setting up two companies, two company bank accounts, a personal residency, and three personal bank accounts.

I took trips to three different countries in the first few months to get everything setup, and I was pretty happy with the experience at that point. Everything was getting completed very quickly, and NC were on point with every question I had.

Then came March 2020, the lockdowns.

This, and one other factor, meant that I was unable to check off the last thing on my list, my residency. NC assured me that the "12 month support" window would be extended, but the replies gradually became more blunt, and more spaced apart.

If they had kept up their initial pace, this would be a 5-star review.

I also asked for another LLC to be set up in the beginning of 2021, which cost about 10% of the package price I originally paid.

This is where it went completely off the rails.

They set up the company under a random mailing address that I didn't have control over, so I wasn't able to receive any important mail. The LLC wasn't setup under my already existing registered agent account, and worst of all, they didn't even tell me it had been incorporated. I found out a year later (I never ended up needing the LLC), when they sent me a renewal reminder.

When trying to fix the issues, it often took 2,3, or even 4 weeks for a reply that never answered my main question, and in the end, they just stopped replying altogether.

Now, this might just be applicable to how they treat smaller orders, as the "complete package" is their main sell.

Nevertheless, I can unfortunately no longer recommend them, despite still using most of the setup they organized for me.

Nomad Capitalist is a FRAUD, plain and simple. I paid thousands of bucks for a piece of useless paper. He presented nothing new. In fact, I know more about the offshore world than this joker. If you want to live in Georgia (no thanks), bank in Armenia (no thanks), buy some cheapo apartments in Montenegro/ Colombia (no thanks), then this is your guy. If you're a real 8 figure entrepreneur like me, you require a professional offshore company to handle your affairs, which i've eventually found. Andrew is interesting enough to sit and watch a few Youtube videos, but DO NOT make the mistake of hiring this guy. He's a full time CON ARTIST. I wish i'd done some proper research on him before paying up. There's bad reviews on every site ive been on, but it's too late for me. Apparently he's getting sued by former clients. I'm looking into it. We can't let this guy keep doing this.

Dear Col, we checked our database and we haven't had a client named Col in the past year.

Going through reviews we noticed that you made a comment you would never hire us and we can only conclude that this doesn't come from personal experience. Our Plan creation process involves numerous calls to verify that our suggestions are suitable for you and to remove any items that you don't like. It seems highly unlikely to us that any legitimate client would have so many complaints about a Plan that we discussed with them numerous times before being presented.

We have never specifically recommended any client to relocate to Georgia, and we have would not recommend a bank in Armenia to an eight-figure individual. All of our recommendations are made in collaboration with clients to not only satisfy their strategic needs but also their lifestyle preferences.

Hello!

I only recently discovered Nomad Capitalist, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of their articles!

The article on countries with greater free speech rights than America was not only informative, it also left me with the takeaway that we can do more to make America even more free than it already is...

In reading their collective work, article after article shows a strong effort to dig up the whole story, and distill it down to the strongest points of interest.

Keep up the excellent work!

Nomad Capitalist is an elaborate scam based on paying money upfront. They look for gullible people with some money to spend. The best you get is a piece of paper where they advice you to get an Algerian(!) passport (because it's not US!). Most people get out at this stage, but they already paid 70-80k USD.

Thumbnail of user gabrielad1

Dear Joe, we never spoke about the Algerian passport and neither recommended it to our clients.

Before you sign up to do anything with Nomad Capitalist, read the 1* reviews on here. They expose the real truth about Andrew and his scam business. All the 5* reviews are clearly written by Andrew and his staff/ cronies. Before I paid him a fortune to work out my plan (which failed spectacularly!) I tried to find honest reviews about Andrew and his work. I couldn't many reviews online about him but I was impressed by his YouTube channel. What I failed to realize was Andrew is purely a marketeer whose sole purpose is to extract as much money from people as possible. That's why he spends the majority of time making YouTube videos. He convinces so many people to sign up to his plans, then doesn't execute on any of them. His guy has zero ethics! I regret even contacting him in the first place.

I worked with Nomad Capitalist and the experience was dreadful from beginning to end. I want to let people know the truth and then you can make your own decision. I'll go through what you can expect below. This isn't just my experience, but also the experience of at least four other clients I'm aware of and have spoken to.

1) Pay a $500 deposit for a call with Andrew. You feel great to know you are soon going to be speaking with the man himself, and finally getting your situation sorted.
2) At the end of that call, you either pay him $10,000 over the phone for a 'plan document', or you walk away. He makes sure to mention that walking away means he won't engage with you again if you change your mind. Classic pressure tactics to coerce you into thinking you have no other choice put to pay there and then. Andrew is very convincing and says all the right things on the call.
3) You wait 2-3 weeks for a 'plan document' to arrive. You soon realize this is made up of 75% boilerplate content, copy and pasted from a template. It appears Andrew fires over a few action points to his planning team (one girl) in Serbia after the call and she then copies and pastes that blurb into a document, makes it look pretty. This is where the 'pushing' you into a certain direction will occur. That direction is usually what's easiest for Nomad Capitalist to practically get done, as quickly and cheaply as possible. Usually involving lots of obscure countries/ banks etc.
4) On the last page of the 'plan document', the execution prices will be listed. From what I can gather talking to other (very unhappy) clients, the usual fee is between $50,000 and $65,000. My fee was in the higher part of this range. This fee is totally separate from the document fee.
5) Although you're not entirely convinced by the plan, you still hold out hope that the plan will come together, and Andrew knows what he's doing. You listen to Andrews, it's now or never pitch, so you agree.
6) You pay the tens of thousands of bucks on the promise that your plan will be complete in just a few months from now.
7) By this point Andrew is long gone. It is important to note that Andrew is literally only the marketing face of Nomad Capitalist. His job is sales. You are quickly passed off to unqualified individuals spread across Eastern Europe. I really feel sorry for his staff because they are on the front lines dealing with all these clients and giving excuses for why things aren't going to plan. I personally know many staff are unsatisfied by how Andrew runs his business. His staff retention rates are terrible, so you'll be passed around from person to person.
8) Week 1 will involve you giving these random staff all your most important information and documents. All your sensitive information will go onto a cloud platform. No one explains the process to keep these extremely important documents safe. The staff are based in co-working spaces, so security isn't tight. You don't ask questions because you just want to sort out your affairs. Hell knows what happens if something goes missing?
9) Week 2-3 things will go quiet. You expect the 'team' are working full-time on your case getting everything completed. You feel good though as things are finally getting done after taking the plunge. Don't fool yourself. Very little is happening. They've got so many clients at the same time so paper pushing is the main activity. You CANNOT under any circumstances speak to Andrew. You won't be provided with his email address, and it's strictly forbidden for his staff to provide this to you. Anyway, he's way too busy working his sales funnel to deal with existing clients who have already paid up.
10) Week 3-16 you'll start getting concerned, then a little worried, then you'll become desperate. Wondering why only the very easy items on your plan have been completed. Maybe a few random bank accounts are open which you have no idea how to use or what the purpose is. The staff don't know. Maybe a company or two have been set up, but the holistic plan isn't coming together. This is also where you begin to realize the plan doesn't make sense for your situation. You begin seeing gaps and holes. You begin asking why didn't we do that'? You then begin to complain. That's when the push back starts. The excuses. The staff issues. The regulations have changed. We didn't realize that was a requirement. How about this instead? You realize you may need to adjust the plan to get things back on track. But no, you signed the contract so nothing can be done now. You may as well start from point 1 (see above) all over again. Andrew sees any adjustment in the plan (if it's his fault or not) as a reason to ask for more money. That'll be another $15,000 he'll say, even though he hasn't achieved half of the original plan, or actually paid for the lawyer or accountant fees himself for an item. Remember, you are in deep now ($60,000+) so what does an extra $15,000 matter to get this finished.
11) Week 16. This is where you realize you made a terrible mistake and wasted a huge chunk of money. Andrew is off on holiday (he's usually on holiday in a 5* hotel trying his best to avoid clients) and you are left wondering which way to turn.

The above was my experience, but I also know of at least four other clients who had very similar experiences to mine. Most people don't share their dissatisfaction with the services at Nomad Capitalist because we are holding out hope that things will eventually get done.

My advice would be to do your own research. Watch Andrews YouTube channel because 100% of his knowledge/ content is published on there. Don't expect any hidden content. He shares everything, so watch all the videos (you'll begin noticing the same countries/ themes). Get in touch with some of NC's competition, get a feel for the options. Then once you've decided on a country or locations, go hire a lawyer to find out the details and get them to execute. Hire a lawyer in your home country to make sure all is workable also. To give you some perspective, the clients I know and myself all believe the professional fees Andrew incurs are approximately 15-20% of the actual fees charged by Nomad Capitalist. That's a nice margin for Andrew, but when the advice given isn't even correct, it's just wrong. Don't make the mistake I and many others did.

Thank you for your feedback; we always appreciate feedback and the opportunity to improve. Unfortunately, as we are not aware of any particular client matching the specifics mentioned we can’t reply to your specific case. However, please feel free to email our team and we will be happy to resolve this matter with you.

All of our fees are fixed upfront and clear. Any additional fees would generally be because a client wished to add additional services, changed a deliverable once work began, or due to needed changes to comply with new and unforeseen laws, such as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in the United States.

As to speed, we generally hold Intake Calls with clients implementing their Plans within 5-7 days of receiving the initial payment. Most cases take anywhere from 3-9 months to complete, and outside of small deliverables, most parts of a Plan will take at least one or two months to complete. Some parts of a process can take up to a year.

While our growing team has used co-working spaces in the past, our Operations Team is now based in our own private and secure facility in Belgrade, Serbia.

Lastly, while we appreciate that clients do wish to work with Mr. Henderson, our focus has been on building a world-class team to handle the process for clients so that he focuses on new clients as well as leading our ongoing research efforts to refine our service offerings. We are sorry if this was not communicated as clearly as it could have been.

Our Operations Team that implements client work has not been and still isn’t perfect, but we have made what we believe are substantial improvements, installed better management, and improved efficiency and communication practices.

Again, please feel free to reach out to us so we may resolve this. Mr. Henderson and our management take client satisfaction very personally and would like to assist you in resolving your concerns.

So you have to file an "application" if you want to work with them, telling them your motivations and feelings, and - most importantly - how you intend to pay the fee for their services (PayPal, wire transfer, Bitcoin etc.) During filling out the application form you learn that their services will probably cost you between $12k and $18k (without anyone even checking your requirements or your situation!), and you are asked to confirm whether you are ready and willing to pay this amount (up front, of course) if they should decide to work with you.
What is missing from the application form however are specific questions regarding your current company structure, income situation, the specific services you require of them etc.
I believe that is all one needs to know about this company. Luckily there are plenty of serious offshore consultants out there.

Horst, we see that you have left multiple comments around social media indicating how you don't wish to work with us, and we understand that we may not be the best fit for you.

While we do not have a record of your application (which could have possibly been deleted under GDPR), we do appreciate your feedback on the client application process.

We would point out that specifics of a client's corporate structure and other details are generally discussed on an initial call or during the actual process once we've been retained.

In 2014 they said that Japan was on the way down and that Japanese real estate was flounder. Today, it is anything but while USA is circling the drain.
Don't waste your time or money on this rag sheet. Skip it. There are other better sources of information out there.

The "Nomad Capitalist" wont deal with you if you have less than a $******* Figure Income and are willing to part with a great deal of it. As with all SCAMMERS he only wants your money and gives little, if anything worthwhile, in return. A bit of
Searching will give you the same results at no charge.

It may take a while, but you can learn all of this and more simply by spending a few days surfing the Net. May take you longer; like a week or even a month but eventually you will learn more that these guys do. Keep your money!

First, I want to tell you that there is NO WAY to obtain a second passport EXCEPT for the countries in the Carribeans that everyone knows about. There are some other places with special long stay visas as well. All you need to do is run a search online and find these places. Nomad Capitalist can NOT help you beyond what you can do for yourself for free. But he will charge you several thousands of dollars and up to $50,000 for the promise of getting you a passport in some other country. He has NO way to get you any visas or passports beyond your own abilities. He is a scam artist and liar. Once you are foolish enough to send him money, you will not be able to get a refund after his efforts (and I don't even think he spends any efforts once he gets your money because he knows it's a waste of time to do something that's impossible). He spends ALL of his time making youtube videos and marketing his scam company with BS and lies.

There is now even a website that someone made to expose him nomadcapitalistscam.com/

Contrary to what it may appear, Nomad Capitalist is actually just a third party to your services. They are not licensed in any way in any country to do any legal services. Want a bank account? You pay them upwards of 500$ to do simply sign a few documents. Want a passport? They charge a fee to hire a lawyer for you. Want to put your business offshore? They don't have the authority to do the paperwork. They hire a lawyer to structure it. You are much better off to cut out the middleman and directly hire someone who actually is licensed to do what they do for a living. I would not go to them for questions about any legal stuff. They are not qualified to give answers regardless of what they say. Would you pay your friend to hire a criminal lawyer for you while he answers questions on behalf of the lawyer? I wouldn't. Why would you do it for offshore planning when the authorities are just waiting to put you in jail for slipping up?

Greetings from Nomad Capitalist Team!

If you looked carefully through our website, then you saw there’s no mention of legal advice directly from the Nomad Capitalist team. We leave it to the professionals in the field to help you with your needs, and we are in constant contact with the best legal representatives.

Assurance that you’re getting your second passport in a completely transparent and legal environment is what you get with Nomad Capitalist.

When it comes to your comment about offshore planning, there is no slipping up involved in the process. Having offshore accounts and businesses is completely legal and allowed, as long as you do it openly and transparently, and we’re here to help you make it happen.

We hope this helps. Should you have any other concerns, you can find any information you need on Nomad Capitalist website.

The website nomadcapitalist.com is a scam. Don't fall for the passport for freedom fraud. It's 10 USD just for shipping costs and you can review after 14 days whether you like it. They take the full amount of 497 USD will be taken without pardon. Telling them to remove your payment even before didn't result in any action while afterwards after calling and emailing them several times then tell me "your review time is over"..

Hello, John!

For anyone who ever visited our website and got more information about our mission, browsed through our content and had any contact with Nomad Capitalist Team it’s clear that the website, as well as everything we do, is completely true and transparent.
Andrew Henderson is, unlike most in the niche, completely open about his identity, his brand, and his business and there are plenty of satisfied clients to attest to that.
We’ll let our website (http://nomadcapitalist.com/) and our work speak for themselves. For any questions, uncertainties, and inquiries, feel free to contact us.

Verified purchase

Current Client. Not my real name obviously. Not a total scam but incompetent and way overpriced.
[UPDATE BELOW IN COMMENTS]

Note: Before I begin my interactions with my Consultant (SM) are very pleasant and professional.
My issue is with the overall performance and project management of my plan by the Team at NC.
I didn't pay for a online friend.
Paid a total of $86,000 USD, from the start I asked for a timeline which in hindsight could have easily been achieved.
I trusted that they knew they job and what my goals were and Andrew understood that and told me it could be done.

Because of their slack approach and long contact delays in the first 3 months it was not done on time and it has cost me a lot more money and will cost me even more.
10 months now and all I have is a foreign Tax number and a bank account! $86,000 USD.
This would have taken me 3 days to 3 weeks to get done myself.
[Update: I got my Wife's Tax number done in 3 days by a company called Bordr]

Any change to the plan and they will ask for more money but not discount what you have already paid for but not received.

They are the ultimate middle man, you will do all the work and they just delegate at a snails pace that ends up costing you more money because it was not done on time or in time.

You can beg and plead to get them to start a process on time and they just ignore you and tell you its your fault or not possible.
It is possible and it was possible and I know that NOW.

Getting things done on time isn't just professional, it's essential to a successful outcome and in this case it is what caused the failures so far despite my repeated request to have things done on time.
You are supposed to get a progress call every month form Jovana but I only ever got one call to ask for the final payment.

No point doing a progress call when there's no progress.

I didn't know much about this at the start of this year but now, 11 months in and I am an expert and can see the level of incompetence.

At the start you trust that they know what they are doing but in the end you will see how incompetent they are and that you could have done it yourself for under 20k by hiring actual immigration lawyers and accountants yourself.

To get your documents organized it only takes days to get banks statements stamped, passports notorised etc the only thing that took 4 weeks was the police check to be legalized and apostilled. So why are we 10 months in and still no embassy appointment?

I was sent one embassy appointment with the old paperwork UNCHECKED by them which is their ONLY real job. Got rejected and they blamed me for it. The paper work was correct it when it was prepared and READY in May when they were supposed to put my application in then but not in October. There no effort to rectify the mistake, they just left it and when I asked about it they said no refund and to fly to another country to try there which was impossible because you can not get new documents as the ymake to delete your entire life from your original country.
For $86,000 USD to receive this level of service is heartbreaking.
(Yeah I'm starting to use capitals right now)

Now the main residency application is 5 months late, still hasn't been put in and many of my documents will expire soon, I will go over my 183 days test and into another tax year, complete F up!

Covid did not effect any of this like they tried to tell me.

There is no way they are working with 7 and 8 figure entrepreneurs, they would never put up with this.
I had four deca millionaire friends who were interested in hiring them after me but they have lost that plus other future referrals.

Now I realize AH makes his money as a YouTuber and a salesman not as an expert who provides any kind of real service.
He even told me that he doesn't have much to do with the business in Serbia and he lets the run their own thing.

Right now I have all but given up hope that it will get done at all by Nomad capitalist.
It will cost me more money in taxes because of their incompetence but I will achieve my goals with or without them.
And I will warn as many people as i can on Youtube about them.
I have lost the bulk of the money.
Its a hard lesson but now I know how to get it done myself with registered agents like accounts and lawyers who are professional and accountable for their actions.

UPDATE March 22: - Still absolutely terrible!
We were supposed to apply for the primary resident country in June or July 2021 at the latest.
5 paid police checks and 4 flight bookings changed and we only just applied for the Temp Visa.
Absolute incompetence.
This visa required a 12 month lease to be signed before the visa application.
It takes up to 60 days to get the visa approved by the embassy.
And flight tickets need to be at least 60 days after the application and submitted in the application too.
My Nomad Capitalist Consultant had me change my flights for the 3rd time to late December and update all the expired documents AGAIN.
Guess when she tells me I need a 12 month lease agreement?
LATE NOVEMBER, 5 weeks before I was supposed to FLY OUT.
The whole time I was asking her if my application was submitted, no answer.
So after 2 DAYS of property searching I get back to her and the NC real estate consultant with TWELVE (12) potential properties in order of preference with instructions to secure any of the top 5 without further approval immediately.
Finding suitable properties was THEIR JOB not mine. My job is to pay them the USD $86,000 which I did.
2 weeks go by and now they want to organize a zoom call with their agent in the country.
They were so slow all the top properties I choose were gone.

AGAIN I found another 9 properties and then another 6.
Finally in February a lease was signed and this time the landlord delayed me 2 weeks.
In fairness that was not Nomads fault. Everything else was.

You are told you have a team of people but that can not be true.

Now awaiting visa approval. But all I have so far is two bank accounts, a foreign Tax number and a visa awaiting approval so we can leave.

BTW the Tax number that took months to action by Nomad Capitalist only took me 3 days to get for my wife.
I use a company called Bordr. Live and learn.

The Contract with NC is for 12 months once you agree to them implementing the plan.
No idea if it will be done in time and how they will deal with it.
But so much is yet to be done including the full residency, 2nd residency, passport etc

[UPDATE JULY 22]
The 12 months finshed and Nomad Capitalist left the job incomplete. Not even 30% of the plan was completed! After 12 months all that was done was 2 foreign bank accounts, Tax number and temp visa for immigration to the base country. Pathetic.
I was introduced to the accounts and lawyers that will be working on my case by NC and cost will be covered. While this is not the service I paid for it a relief as I know I will get it done now dealing with them directly. After talking with the professionals they told me nothing was done by Nomad Capitalist and all my expensive documents have expired and I have to get new documents but the added difficulty is now I am in another country trying to source it here in another language and from my original country which would be impossible if I didn't have friends and family to help me collect and post documents. Plus the wasted money, these documents and certifications are not free.

The 2nd residency was barely started as they didn't check the paperwork before sending me to the embassy in another state. LEFT INCOMPLETE and no idea if it will ever get done.

Citizenship by decent, no mention of it. All documentation was provide 8 months ago. INCOMPLETE and ABANDONED.

Reunification for family in new country ABANDONED but I was passed on to lawyers to deal with it directly.

Offshore business, INCOMPLETE but I was introduced to the accountants and my costs are covered.

Immigration in the first country, introduced to the immigration lawyers, costs covered. It is progressing but its slow and bureaucratic here so happy with this as I'm in control of it now and motivated to complete it unlike Nomad Capitalist, AND it should have been done 8 months ago.

3rd bank account in Georgia, ABANDONED,. Georgia changed some laws which didn't fit the plan and the only option I was given was Armenia which I already have so there was no point doing another one there.
Radio silence on a 2nd option.

Other than the offshore business, I'd rather have a refund for the rest and be reimbursed for the cost of sources the extra documents and that is not including the massive tax bill I have because they didn't do what they promised on time. The delay really cost me and I was very clear with Andrew and Jovana from the start.

Find other companies and never pay ridiculous fees up front.

Best of luck everyone.

FINAL UPDATE in response to a question asking if I ever got the plan completed.
Hi,
No. I didn't get my money back but the thing that bothers me the most is that the plan had no strategy or timeline. It was just a few ill conceived ideas in a PDF for 18k USD. The execution was terrible and complacent. They knew that time was a factor and they mucked me over leaving a massive global mess to clean up. 3 times I questioned them on the strategy and they called me impatient and said it was complicated. Which it was not. After they abandoned the plan, I was put in direct contact with the professionals and I was able to do it myself in 3 months. When I asked the professional when they received the job, I was shocked to hear that they had only just now received the job request. I had been collecting and purchasing paper work and documents over a year ago which all had to be renewed and repurchased again.
The rest of the plan was screwed up by Nomad Capitalists lazy approach and lack of strategy and was not able to be completed because when you leave a country they make you delete any connection with it so you can not go back and renew documents and statements to reapply for the 2nd residency etc.
I was supposed to have a progress call every month which never happened, probably because there was no progress. I really did most of the work myself.
At the start i was ignorant but now i am an expert.

Best of luck to you, whatever your plans are.
I recommend Dubai as a starting point.
