Has anyone used them? Is it a con?

Many people say they give him money and he does nothing or is too much trouble to work with. Some say he makes everything up as he goes or only tells clients what will help him make more money from them and then outsources everything to a cheap lawyer he find online. Too many stories of lying and ripoff from people and employees.

And from what I've read, I agree. Something doesn't smell quite right.
My wife and I have taken an early retirement (in the U.S.) We are considering moving to Europe and we are hoping to lightly work (teach English) while we explore the continent. I've looked at all of Nomad's published information and it seems legitimate on the surface.
BUT...
1. Nomad seems to respond only to the negative reviews. Why not respond to the positive reviews as well if helping people is your stated goal?
2. The Nomad responses to the negative reviews are slicker than greased Teflon. They are incredibly smooth, PR-wise. The person who writes them is extremely talented.

I am not naïve. Nomad obviously is an unabashedly capitalist venture, and anyone over 35 years old can see that. But a world worth living in runs on more than pure capitalism. Craving a better life and making it happen is admirable. But government greed is not the only greed out there, and all of it rots the soul.

From what I've read there's a lot of mixed reviews about them. If there are multiple people talking about money disagreements with them then I wouldn't do it. Honestly, I find it weird that a month after a bad review there's like four or five 5 star sales pitch reviews one after the other. I've read everything they published and I'm really just thinking about doing it on my own.

Andrew Henderson of Nomad Capitalist is a pseudointellectual college FLUNKEE! That's right, he flunked out of college and his college is not even ranked in the top 100 universities in the USA, so he's a double failure who is trying to sell consulting services which require a law degree, a CPA and decades of experience.

One would have to be a complete idiot to send this con man a penny. Also, he makes sure you send him bank wire or western union so you cannot get a refund once you realize he has scammed you. All of the 4 and 5 star reviews were posted by Andrew, his staff and others he paid perhaps from Fiverr.

All information about visas, passports and related material can be found online. Henderson is a fraud. You can check this site for more info >>> nomadcapitalistscam

Current Client. Not my real name obviously. Not a total scam but incompetent and way overpriced.
Paid a total of $86,000 USD, from the start I asked for a timeline which in hindsight could have easily been achieved.
I trusted that they knew they job and what my goals were and Andrew, Jovana and Jelena understood that and told me it could be done.

Because of their slack approach and long contact delays it was not done on time and it has cost me a lot more money and will cost me even more.
11 months now and all I have is a Tax number and a bank account! $86,000 USD.

They are the ultimate middle man, you will do all the work and they just delegate at a snails pace that ends up costing you more money.

You can beg and plead to get them to start a process on time and they just ignore and tell you its your fault or not possible.
It is possible and it was possible and I know that NOW.
Get things done on time isn't just professional, it's essential to a successful outcome and in this case it is what caused the failures so far despite my repeated request to have things done on time.
You are supposed to get a progress call every month form Jovana but I only ever got one call to ask for the final payment.
No point doing a porgress call when there's no progress.

I didn't know much about this at the start of this year but now, 11 months in and I am an expert and can see the level of incompetence.
At the start you trust that they know what they are doing but in the end you will see how incompetent they are and that you could have done it yourself for under 20k by hiring actual immigration lawyers and accountants yourself.
To get your documents organized it only takes days to get banks statements stamped, passports notorised etc the only thing that took 4 weeks was the police check to be legalized and apostilled. So why are we 10 months in and still no embassy appointment?
I was sent one embassy appointment with the old paperwork UNCHECKED by them which is their ONLY real job. Got rejected and they blamed me for it. The paper work was correct it when it was prepared and READY in May when they were supposed to put my application in but not in October.
For $86,000 USD to receive this level of service is heartbreaking.
(Yeah I'm starting to use capitals right now)

Now the main residency application is 5 months late, still hasn't been put in and many of my documents will expire soon, I will go over my 183 days test and into another tax year, complete F up!
Covid did not effect any of this like they tried to tell me.

There is no way the way working with 7 and 8 figure entrepreneurs, they would never put up with this.
I had four deca millionaire friends who were interested in hiring them after me but they have lost that plus other future referrals.

Now I realize Andrew makes his money as a YouTuber and a salesman not as an expert who provides any kind of real service.
He even told me that he doesn't have much to do with the business in Serbia and he lets the run their own thing.

Stay away! Don't get involved. I'm out of $94k and nothing is done. They will tell you they spent your money on lawyers but nothing gets done. Fraud all the way!
After one year they will tell you you need to pay $20k for another year of "support" which is literally nothing but weekly email. Save yourself the trouble and money.

Total scam. They could not handle a small task that most anyone could do in one day. They wanted 25k just to talk about it. They play wealthy people on YouTube but in real life just a collage drop out with very little money to his name.
