I have many wonderful experiences with the customer service at the Nixon and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant communication and superbly quick service. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for for a great deal. The watch was great too. Loved it!

Yes, I received the watch but quickly receive two fraudulent airline charges from European airlines Luckily I set my credit card alert level T $0 and saw these immediately. Disputed the charges with my CC company and got a replacement card and number.

I brought a beautiful watch from them for my husband a few years ago. It's a great watch that lasted for more than 4 years and it still looks brand new and is in top shape despite him wearing it very regularly. Very goof quality product for a great price

I Bought the Nixon RE-RUN watch for a $120 dollars and the thing falls of because the clasp doesn't work. I thought it was defective and replaced it. The new watch does the same thing and I literally can not wear art it because it will not stay on. I emailed customer support twice and they never responded. $120 watch and it falls off! Seriously?!?! Do not waist your time with nixon watches. They are expensive watches but cost little to make and fall apart. I have a nixon Rotolog watch that is in pieces and I took good care of it. I wore the thing for only a year before it broke. Nixon also has no customer service and so not expect them to help you out. I hope all places stop selling their products and they go out of business. It a scam to sell watches for such a high price and have them fall apart or break the day you get them.
