I ordered 8 tops. Four of them were ok, but 4 were bizarrely wrong sizes or not even close to the description. I tried every method listed on the website to contact the merchant, and NONE IF THEM went through. All were ignored or blocked before I could finish the query. Do NOT ORDER from this company. They are either dishonest criminals or hopelessly deficient in running their business. I am opening a dispute with American Express.

Had many happy and comfortable shopping experience with this company, they have all the styles that you want, like the dress and T-Shirts and many products, and you always can choose the most satisfactory products, nice~after you placed order, they deliver in a very short time, and I received it within one week! It's really fast and I love it! I tried the T-shirts and dresses, they are very comfortable and suitable size! I would like to recommend this company to my friends and families! This is a terrible company - the clothes I ordered took three months to arrive, fabric and colours were not as pictured on website, eg, linen/cotton mix was in fact a cheap synthetic fabric. Returns procedure is complicated and lengthy. The whole process took so long I ran out of time to appeal for a refund through Paypal. Endless repeated emails have resulted in no refund from the company. There should be a means of prosecution for this type of scam.

I should have known better. I am fairly certain the stuff I got is knock off from whatever they show on their website. I didn't have to wait as long for my stuff, but the shirts are really cheap and flimsy. I doubt they'll make it through one wash. I can see through the fabric even dark teal. One of the t-shirts is actually a badly cut printed scrub shirt like some vet techs or nurses might wear, but again the fabric is really thin and scratchy. I won't wear these in public. These are my new go to shirts for yard work and cleaning toilets. Disappointed.

It's really understandable that the parcel took so long to arrive due to the epidemic, but waiting so long was worth it. The items that I have received are great, you get what you see in the picture. The products are so comfortable to wear. Aside from that, their customer service is great too, friendly and so respectful. I will definitely buy more products here.

Just received my order and am satisfied with everything I purchased! The shipping takes some time maybe due to the pandemic situation. Highly recommended!

Ordered a cocktail dress from Nina Cloak and received something completely different of inferior quality. When I contacted the company via email they responded with an apology but no refund. They would not exchange the product and give me what I ordered, instead they said to keep the incorrect order and sent me an email coupon for another purchase.

One photo is the blue sequin dress I ordered. The 2nd is what I received. Wasted $35.00!

Definitely not the same as what was pictured. VERY poor quality material. And size have no rhyme or reason. Lots of material around the next somewhat appropriate for the size I ordered, but arms way to small. I ordered a total of 7 items. I would say that maybe I would / could wear 2 of them... maybe. Also material listed as cotton or cotton / linen blend --- again I would say NO.
My biggest issue is the sizing. No consistency at all!

I usually check online reviews, but forgot. I will never do that again. I'm in Australia and purchased over $200 worth of clothing. I was charged for 12, but only received 9. Blouses were advertised as linen, but they very thin, cheap polyester. None of my items resemble the photos. I emailed 3 times for an address to return, but not heard from them. I have reported all this to paypal, and they have given me a full refund. I'm so glad I used paypal. Nina Cloak is an absolute SCAM. With all these reviews I don't understand why they are still operating. PLEASE BEWARE.

NONE of the items I matched what I purchased. Nina Cloak debited my credit card on the day of the order. They deceitfully advertised the sale in CAD dollars, but charged USD.
They will not issue a refund. Instead, they'll offer you a "discount voucher" towards your next purchase! This is a very dishonest company. False advertising, horrible quality, horrible service. Don't throw your money away!

I ordered a dress and they sent the wrong one. I am trying to get a refund and they will not give me one. Instead they keep giving me offers of less than half my money back. The dress isn't even close to what I ordered. Not even the same size. They advertise "only pay shipping once", yet they tell me I have to return this wrong item at my expense. It was their mistake and I have to pay for it. They even asked me to send pictures of the wrong item which I did. I have no idea why they wanted pictures and then refuse to refund my money or even give me an address of where to return the item at my expense.

I absolutely adore the trendy styles of this store. The clothes fit so well and they look amazing on a curvy figure.

Items received (after almost a month) were not at all as described or pictured. Fabrics are junky. Some items don't have a materials tag, so you don't know what it's made of, but I think there's plastic involved. Very disappointing! Tried to send an email to them to complain but couldn't even get the email to send. I don't have the time or patience to try to return things and apparently they don't give refunds anyway. Expensive lesson learned.

DO NOT be fooled to purchase from this site. 1) garment fabric is not at all as described; 2) sizing is for either children or exceedingly small (tiny) shaped person; 3) return "process" is a scam - they will offer pennies on the purchase to get you to keep the crap they shipped, they will tell you they can't refund, they will frustrate you to the max until you give up; 4) the order took so long to arrive that they volunteered a $10 credit on a future order.

Photos on website did not look anything like that when they arrived.
Tried contacting them numerous times by email eventually replied but would not give refunds would not give out address initially.
Posted parcel back to address they eventually gave me. LOST in transit in China somewhere.
6 months later parcel has arrived back on my doorstep VERY VERY FRUSTRATING

As you can read from others this is NOT a company to order from! Red flag #1 - there is no phone # to contact them; #2 - there is no return address any where to send merchandise back; #3 - despite saying they will get back to you in 1-2 days in email, laugh. 2 weeks and 6 emails later i have heard from nobody; #4 - i am a large woman and ordered 2 sizes larger than i normally wear, could hardly get the shirts on and quality? Its nice if you like polyester. Please heed my email and the others!

I've been taken! Make sure you're not. The clothing looks so cute in ads, but is the cheapest material and worst constructed mess, mass produced in Hong Kong! I ordered 8 pieces and wouldn't wear any of them out of the house! And now I'm trying to return them... finding it very doubtful I will get anywhere. The company charged my credit card upon receipt of the order, not when it was shipped out. This is not a legitimate business! They should be shut down!

Over a month ago I ordered two tops. They sent notice of shipment but at some point sent an email that something has interrupted shipment. Tracking number does not exist. Now I can't get responses from them at all. Thankfully I only spent around $60 but I'll never see that money or probably the tops. I would never order from them for any reason. Their styles look so good but reviews contradict that. How can they get by doing that? Apparently they were much better two years ago. Chalk it up to a lost cause.

Placed order totaling $142.94 was not given option for installment pay using PayPal as stated. Cancelled order and got refund. Site debited my account additional amount of $144.37 posted as if through PayPal. Not processed on my PayPal account, notified them and my bank. Had to freeze my account, get a new debit card (which takes up to 10 days) and change all accounts using that card number. NEVER USE THIS VENDOR.

I ordered 5 woman's tops from NinaCloak, they took a while to arrive, but was thrilled with the product. The shirts are beautiful and fit great!
