The wig that I purchased looks nothing like the picture advertised. When I tried to return the wig for refund per their refund policy, I was accused of restyling the wig and they would only refund me 15% of my purchase. I cannot describe how little they made me feel.
They use beautiful pictures to sale their low quality wigs and the charge you a restocking fee around $50 for a 150 dollar purchase.
The wigs look nothing like the pictures. The style is way off and so is the color. They say they offer guaranteed satisfaction but this is not true. They offer no return labels even though they sent the wrong item.
They refuse to give my $108.00 back for this very tacky and cheap wig. It even has a bare spot in the front wear the part is. I don't know how they stay in business.
I'm so disappointed in this web site. Please stay away!
I spent in excess of $200 for this straggly, birds nest of a wig. I spent $10 on wigs that were of significantly better quality. Of course, the picture used to advertise the wig was nothing I received. I have opened a dispute with PayPal. Complete frauds. These companies should not ge allowed to operate.
I ordered the size based on their chart. It is too small and I can't wear it. Wrote and asked for a refund. It would cost $38 to send it back to CHINA. I asked for half of the price but no they offered $40 and that was it. The picture of said wig was very pretty. The wig arrived with a tuft of white affixed to the edge. Its horrible. Even if it fit my head I would not wear it out where people would see that mess. They count on people here to believe the photos and buy. They know how much it will cost to send it back. They offer 12% at first and then a little more. I contacted Paypal to intercede and that was not any help. Buy in the USA and best from a local store where you can see it with your eyes and try it on. Beware of China companies. Its a racket.
This wig is super beautiful, i love it! It looks so natural, i love the color, everything is just perfect.
I thought I was safe since their site says guaranteed returns... not so!
I notified them five minutes after opening the box that it wasn't going to work for me (color was very off, and looked like a helmet!). Three weeks later I still was not given an address to ship it to, and no one was returning messages. I finally resorted to paypal claims dept to dispute. Hopefully, I'll get my $ back.
I was unhappy with the wigs I ordered and returned them the same day by recorded post. Despite having a signature proving receipt the company refuse to give me my money back.
The first wig cost £120.00 looked awful, didn't even look like real hair. Sent back asked for replacement and haven't had the goods. I had an email saying its gone to Dagenham with no address details - I do not live in Dagenham! DPD courier says your parcel is on it way back to... with no other info.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - the people that respond although very very polite but I do not think they understand how much money has been lost.
Buy from this company at your own risk. They will not take back new and unused products and will not give a full refund. They decide if you like the quality, style and fit. Read the email received from them below.

Horrible. BEWARE... The company is based in China. Took forever to receive the product. Product is cheap looking and does not look like what they advertise. To return you need to ship back to China - which is very costly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Read all the reviews. My mother had just completed radiation for brain tumors and wanted a wig. She passed before receiving the wig. I have been going back and forth with company to return it and I am just getting a run around.
Brown short bob ordered, long reddish blonde delivered. Horrible quality, cut and doesn't fit. Tried to contact them three times by email... no reply. Please DO NOT waste your money buying from this company. My own fault really as I didn't realise it was from China, always a rip off. Lesson learned.
The cut is excellent, and is open to a lot of customization. This wig really helps to shape rectangular and squared faces.
The cut of this wig is very nice, the mixed color is amazing! It's really well made. I plan on ordering this wig again in different colors. I'm soooo happy.
Wig was totally not what I ordered--I ordered blonde, came practically red and no way was it what I ordered--like previous customer said, looked like a crows next--trying to return it which is an act of congress--they responded with since it was so expensive to makewould I pick another---I kept asking for a phonenumber===just a simple request--nope--cannot get ahold of customer service--fill out the page and comes back with "sorry, looks like page does not exist--says to email *******@nextwigs.com" do this, comes up with same page that they say does not exist. So just going to return it with proof that they received it--never again--what a horrible frustrating experience.
LESSON LEARNED IS TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO REVIEWS PRIOR TO ORDERING ON-LINE. TOOK FOREVER TO RECEIVE WIG. WHEN I FINALLY DID RECEIVE IT, I THOUGHT IT WAS A HALLOWEEN WIG! COLOR WAS ATROCIOUS AND CONSTRUCTION WAS AWFUL - LOOKED LIKE A BIRDS NEST THAT MULTIPLE BIRDS HAD HAD SEIZURES IN! WHEN I TRIED TO BRUSH IT OUT, SO MANY STRANDS STARTED BREAKING OFF THAT I HAD TO STOP. I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR TWO WEEKS NOW TO GET A RETURN ADDRESS AND A REFUND. THEIR FIRST EMAIL WAS A SORRY SONG AND DANCE ABOUT HOW MUCH TIME AND MONEY THEY PUT INTO MAKING THE WIG AND OFFERING ME A REPLACEMENT. FROM THE BEGINNING I MADE IT CLEAR UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WAS I INTERESTED IN A REPLACEMENT. NOW THEY ARE NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS! I'M OUT NEARLY $150.00. WISH THERE WERE SOME FEDERAL AGENCY WE COULD REPORT THEM TO! THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE!
You should be aware that these wigs come from China, Returns will go to Anhul Province, China. You'll be lucky to get your money or wig back. I have been going through a mess to get this straightened out. Good luck...
THIS COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF THE WIG IS NOT IN ANY WAY OR FASHION LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE AND IS THE WORST WIG I HAVE EVER PURCHASED IN MY LIFE! Could not send it back either because I needed it! I lost my hair du E to a transplant and needed it for a wedding! I had to take it to a professional to get fixed! I used what little extra money I had to buy this wig and then on top of that had to spend an additional 200.00 to get it fixed! May the owners of this company rot I. Hell!
Ordered a wig in May, it was not what I had expected, I emailed the company and they gave me a address in China to return wig, as of today they have not received my wigs, last I check package was so say in New Jersey. This company is a scam, Do not order from them
