I ordered a human hair unit for paying $400. I received plastic. The representative's tried to drag me from one to another. As a result I threw my money in bin, the unit is pure plastic and not usable sitting in my closet. I guess waiting to be reviewed on Youtube sometime. They even had the cheapness to offer me a new unit with paying again.
I have contacted customer services rep on*******910 and another one, one said she doesn't work there anymore and passed me another number. They just didn't want to accept the product back.
Unit will shed in 2 weeks time. You better not wash it! If you buy 3 or 4 it's a mistake because new times hair will only back up their stock or custom units for only 30 days! Then you get what happened to me check photo below! New Times Hair is a complete disaster!
Hi Jeff, I have to clarify that what you said is not the truth. Our sales representative made an exception and helped you repair the hair systems according to your requirement even if your order is placed more than a year, and the hair systems have already significantly passed our suggested usage time of three months. However, we cannot accomdate your request keeping ask us to repair and remade again and again just because we made this exception. We cannot help you anymore and wish you have a good day.
Unit won't last after 2 washes! New Times Hair has no concept of customer service and will argue back against you if you have complaints. They are a risk, and units don't last 2,3 weeks.
The local wigs guy sources his supplies from them and based on how the business is booming for him, these guys have my vote of recommendation. I have personally tried some of their wigs and a normal person won't even notice the difference on the natural hair kind.

As it is kind of hard for me to install the hair system by myself. I took it to my hairdresser to get it installed last week. My hairdresser said at three times this hair system is very good. I have used it for a week and everything is good, very comfort and natural. I have already ordered a new one from here
I ordered and paid for a hair system as arush order, guaranteed 3 weeks. It has now been 3 months and I have yet to receive my order. Each time I send an email asking about my order, I am given an excuse and the order never arrives. They do not respond and when you do, it is a bull$#*! excuse. "I recently purchased a men hair unit from Newtimes Hair and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the service I received. The unit (product) itself was of poor quality; It simply did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the customer service was lacking in professionalism and responsiveness. Their responses were defensive, judgmental and calming wrongly that I contacted them after thirty days. It was not the case; at least they should have checked payment and delivery dates before making 30 days claim and using this as an excuse!
The product had multiple defects, hairs were thin in the middle and falling of easily, color seems faded more just after first wash, it did not function properly. When I reached out to customer service to address the issue, I encountered unhelpful responses, excuses and defending the material and quality even ignoring the pictures supplied as evidence. The representative seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns and did not provide any viable solutions.
Overall, my experience with NewtimesHair was extremely unsatisfactory. I expected better quality and service based on the cost of the unit and reputation of the company. I would not recommend anyone purchasing their products or relying on their customer service."
Nice product, very natural hairline. The only downfall is that PU skin is not breathable enough as I work out a lot. I'm going to try a lace system next time
Best quality hair pieces and the best prices. My clients are happy with the hair system. Only downside is that sometimes the order will takes longer than my expectations.
