Shipped a favorite hair piece at New Times -Hair via FedEx in order to copy for a new hairpiece. Fed Ex: "We tried to deliver for the third time and no one is at this office and no one answers their phones. The office I was instructed to send was: 1200 S Diamond Bar Blvd Diamond Bar
Ste 201. Diamond Bar CA ******* USA. Now, I have to wait another week before I get my original package returned.

Why would this company in China have dead offices in the USA?

I have bought other hair pieces for several clients at New Times Hair and the quality was very good. However, this order is showing horrible service at this time.
