The order online just says pending. No phone calls are answered, they ask you to leave a message but nobody gets back to you. Emails are never answered. I looked further and this is now happening to many people as shown when you look up reviews of this company. So beware before placing an order with them!

I ordered 3 different products and had high hopes for this connection that seem great at first. But all they did was to take my money and never shipped anything.
